comfortable and clean, construction noise

Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice big bed
Cons: construction noise in the back was loud in the morning
Location: we were visiting our daughter in college and it was easy to get to the hotel, stores, restaurants by car anywhere in Santa Clarita
Everything about our stay was good except for the construction construction going on outside our second floor room, which was very noisy in the morning. Our room was nice and clean. Big comfortable bed. The hotel is not centrally located, but it was easy to get to anywhere in Santa Clarita from there.

NICE LITTLE PLACE TO STAY

Pros: continental breakfast each morning was nice
Stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas Holiday and was very pleased with the comfy accomodations; however, as much as I like the color "brown", I think the bedspreads and curtains could be updated. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Needed help to get the TV working. Bathroom sink very slow draining.

Staff was responsive to concern.

The fridge wasn't working in our room and the front staff immediately moved us to a new room without issue. This is the second time we've stayed here and we will continue to choose this hotel.

Good price. Location is not that good as there is a quarry behind it and nothing nearby within walking distance

Felt old & dirty.

I can't say that there's much to write about. as I've sued these motels in the past, I would have expected more. overall, it felt ran down to some what. would have looked for another place to stay if knew what I was going to be walking into. nice staff. room smelt like heavy pine sol.

Overall good place to stay.

This location worked very well for us because it was so close to our family that we were visiting. We also chose this place because it allowed pets. A little pricey-$20 a night, but do-able. The room was clean and it was good having a refrigerator and microwave. Free ice was also a plus. Ironing board/iron & blow dryer came in handy. Only call-outs were the room could have been a little bigger to accomadate the two full beds, but we made it work. The 2nd night we only had 1 toilet paper to work with. The first night,the person above us was noisy at around 2am, this of course not motels fault. Overall we had a good stay .

Location: was in town to do a show
did not spend much time at hotel honestly checked in, there maybe an hour or so then took off had a show to do..came back went to bed and left in morning

Staff saw to issues immediately

We had a dirty floor in the bathroom and a broken security lock. They had it cleaned and fixed by the time we returned from dinner. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable (pillows were small and hard but we always bring our own) We've already booked a return stay.

Nice room

Once I got past everything else my experience was fine. The room was nice, looking like it was recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. carpeting in the stairwells were in need of a desperate cleaning and for some reason the beds were elevated on a platform making them a little difficult to get into.
