Great location and very nice hotel

We appreciated the clean accommodations and friendly staff. Breakfast was also provided. Complimentary Coffee and tea was available in the lobby too!

Service Issues

We had no hot water for our stay. The staff did not apologize, or offer any solutions. When we asked what was going on, they simply told us that they had "a bubble in their system" and that maintenance was working on it. Five hours later, still no hot water. We heard dozens of guests at breakfast asking one another what they knew. Many had no explanation at all from staff.

Great hotel for the value. Room 318 was very clean. Pretty decent breakfast. We stayed here as opposed to Santa Cruz as the price was lower and the room was nicer than most close to the best at a similar rate. Only about a ten minute drive to the boardwalk outside of rush hour. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel, Enjoyable

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet.
Location: There is plenty to do, Shopping mall, Grocery store, hardware store, movie theater, Beaches, Restaurants (fast food and sit down), down the street.
We were a day early and they took care of us well. Because of our early arrival Expedia messed up our payment, but the hotel took care of everything. Nice work guys!
