Days before my travel, I tried to cancel one of the 3 nights I reserved, but for some reason I couldn't do it on line. I called expedia and they couldn't either, so they called the hotel and told me that when I go to the hotel I will be able to cancel the last night. I also called the hotel to make sure it was ok, and they told me that there was not going to be a problem. When I checked in, the manager told me that he was going to charge me the 3 nights, but when I check out I will get the refund of the last night. Checking out, there was a woman, she started screaming saying that she was not able to change the reservation and that she always have problems with expedia. I was just quiet listening to her yelling and complaining about expedia over and over. So she told me she can't cancel the last night. Then I told her, I don't know what your problem with expedia is, but I do know that when I called the hotel, I was told it was ok to cancel the last night and when I checked in I was also told that I was going to get the refund of the last night. So she gave me the refund after that.
Even thoug I did everything on time making sure there wasn't going to be a problem, she tried to change everything at the last minute blaming expedia and yelling in front of me and other clients.
Breakfast is terrible. Everything is empty even though there is only few people having breakfast. If you ask for more, they serve very little and again looking all the time almost empty.
