The motel should be delisted from Expedia. The condition of the motel feels like haunted. Spider webs were every where-along the hallways and stairs. The room supposed to be non-smoking but had heavy smoking smell. The bed sheet was not changed from last use, hairs and dirty spots were found on the bed sheet; the door has a quite big gap between the door frame; the AC unit works sometimes.

We drove 12 hours that day and just needed a place to sleep to keep on driving the next day. The people next door were so loud, talking and screaming and singing with friends that even with ear plugs I could not sleep. Around 1am we tried to ask for the hotel's help but no one helped us. We even tried to talk to the loud people, nothing worked. Again, we just needed to sleep. We left around 3am and found another place to spend the night. Worse experience ever.

It was nice however it looks like there are people living there and they're messy. Lots of flys outaide my door. May be due to agarbage can at the end of each hall.

After getting the room, I have to ask for towels and remote batteries. The noise from the street was unbearable. There was no amenities like coffee in the room, closet, chairs. There were people fighting in the hallway. For $200 a night, I would have rather stay at Motel 6!!

Hello Julio, sorry that you weren't satisfied with the room you were in, went you had stayed called the office to have someone go check the problem from the room anything with the outside or street we cant do nothing about it only in side the property but if there was another room whoever checked you in or the manager could've either moved you to a different room there also more quit rooms on our 3rd flor but we don't have an elevator but would be a lot quit but also our site should tell you what we have and don't have in our rooms but if next time you stayed here at our motel well do our best to give you a good working room and far from any time of noise but we cant really promise the noise or if you do make a reservation to our motel give us a call ahead and maybe we can reserve the room away from noise and well check the room if everything works

Heed the warnings and read the reviews and do not stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting and the service sucks. The ground and walls are sticky, it's NOT clean at all. The towels, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, and shower curtain were all heavily stained and did not look clean at all. On top of how low quality and disgusting the place was, they were extremely rude. My husband and I booked the room for us (with one bed, mind you) and they very rudely accused me of having 4 people staying there because my 2 best friends (whom I came to Santa Cruz to visit) came by the motel to pick me up one day and they "saw multiple people at our room". They also went into our room when we were not there which was disturbing because they did not seem very trustworthy. Luckily they were able to refund me because after 1 night I RAN out of there.

Paid almost $400 for a room as big as a closet and it was not the cleanest. The pictures online or Expedia make the room look way bigger.

We got the room, where all people in front are passing and talking! It was the most terrible room we ever had on our bicycle trip around the USA (20000 miles!).

No clothes hangers,no chairs to sit on, no tables (we had to eat on the bed), etc. Couldn't open the window because it was screwed shut. No place to put your clothes either. The bed sheets felt a little bit itchy and for me, . 3 towels for 2 people.

Expedia should be ashamed of offering this property. Room was dirty, bathroom stained. Bed covers had stains on them or holes. Granted it is a Motel, but there is a minimum that should be accepted by your site. Mold, broken shower handles, half painted walls with painter's tape. Cloth fixture half attached to the wall. Found out that hospitals send homeless to this location. Noisy, unsafe, unclean, and still had to pay $250/night. Worst experience and would never have expected Expedia to expose me like this.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place regardless of a good deal. The room was “non smoking” but it was like it was a smoking room. It just felt so dirty. Take your money and peace of mind else where.

Our original room had a smell of smoke and (dead) cat. They kindly moved us to the room next door, which was ok. The exterior of the motel was dirty, with broken glass in the smoking area. The price was expensive for what it was. I since found out that a higher end SF hotel room in Fishermans's wharf is only $20 more. While the motel cannot control the surroundings, the hotel itself was not worth the price we paid - at all.

This is a horrible and sleazy motel. There were drunk people making noise outside of my motel room until 2:00 AM. Next, the maid did not include a facecloth for me to wash my face with soap. I had to go to the main lobby to finally obtain a facecloth. There is a lot more: The sheets were on top of the mattress. There was no mattress pad on top of the mattress. Next: The bottom sheet was a simple flat sheet. It was not a fitted sheet. That meant the bottom sheet was exposed to the top of the mattress. This is a very inexpensive motel, and a guess that I got what I paid for: nothing good. Do not go here.

Good location. Some improvements in bathroom area were observed, but two king sized beds were crammed in small room with no end table or lamps for reading. In corners, old band-aids, sand on floor. Shelf to hang clothes was pulled out from wall, raggedy thin towels, and no amenities such as dryer, shampoo, etc.

Super cheap. Sheets were stained, towels wete stained, and the "blanket" was just a printed design sheet. The bed frame was metal and felt broken. The building itself was deteriorating. We booked a room for 4 people and only 1 towel was given. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone but there was no number to call. I will never be staying here again.

When we went into our room we found that it was so out dated didnt look likw the pics. One of the lamps didnt work and it looked someone beat it up i took a pic so i didn't get charged for it. When we turned down the blankets we found the sheets were stained, and there was a cigarette burn on the sheet again i took pics, the comforter also had stains. And when i took a shower the towels also had stains and i took pics again. This place was a dump didnt look nothing like the pics!!!! Also there was a party going on two doors down with the door open and ppl coming in and out with loud talking, laughing, and footsteps. There was no security so i had to deal with it myself at 2 am in the morning. I will never stay here again!!!! Funny this survey wont let me upload the pics i took of the room

Worst motel experience ever!
I booked the room and requested 1st floor, non smoking. They have no elevator, I am disabled and I have asthma. They put me in a 2nd floor room. No elevator. The room was filthy - dirty floors, dirty dresser, bathtub, etc. No towels provided. They cancelled my reservation but refused to give me a refund - cancelling because they had no first floor rooms available. Guests are loud about everything - showers, talking at all hours. The non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Disgusting. The staff was so rude about the fact that Expedia didn’t leave notes about my request. I have no control over what others do. This place is disgusting. Do not book here.

The security gates were not locked so all night people were entering and then letting the gate slam. Parking was a nightmare. My room slept four but only 2 towels and 1 hand towel was provided. $25 dollar non refundable pet fee.

The room was ok for the one night we stayed. There was no wash cloths or hand towels or bath mat. No blow dryer, it did have frig and microwave. I didnt see a ice maker No usb plugs . It was very close to 7 11 and restaurants.
