I love the hotel’s location on one of the main streets of Binondo! It was close to everywhere I wanted to go. My room was generous in size and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful.

My sisters and I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham for family bonding whenever I come to visit Manila. This hotel is in a perfect location to explore one of the oldest Chinatowns in the world. The hotel’s staff from the front desk (Manuel) to room service of setting up the sofa bed, the housekeeping staff, and the dining staff led by Marvin gave excellent services. The food at the breakfast buffet has various delicious food catering to the diversity of the hotel’s guests. The dining room is clean, newly renovated, with excellent view of the city. I think this is the pride of the hotel. My only negative comment is the outdated sofa bed which needs to be changed as it is sagging in the center with no good back support. Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again in the future should I have the chance to visit family in Binondo, Manila, Philippines.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to shops and Chinese restaurants. Everything is very closed by in short walk distance.

The property is close to restaurants and shopping districts. Employees are extremely helpful and polite, especially Albert & Maezy. Both went above and beyond trying to make my stay a pleasant one. Albert (front desk attendant) perceiver to obtain transportation (Grab) in spite of how difficult to find one due busy area of Binondo.

The hotel is situated in the busy China Town in central Manila. Lots of eateries and shops/stalls selling Chinese goods. Beautiful church directly opposite. The staff are the best part of the hotel, onctedibly friendly and helpful. The executive room we stayed in was comfortable but in desperate need of an upgrade/decorating. Most of the hotel looks tired and drab. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of asian and western foods. We were told the reception bar was being relocated to an upper floor andcso tje bar was very run down with not much choice. Bars outside the hotel are very few and far between so you would need to take a tricycle or taxi to find some. All in all, sufficient for just a 1 night layover in Manila but there are better hotels for tje same price.

Great Service
They provided excellent service. Very polite staff and the hotel and rooms were very clean. Security at the entrance makes you feel very safe. Taxi available outside at all times. Located in China town, very convenient for sightseeing.

The staff were super friendly. Location not ideal for grab taxis as there is little to no nightlife in the area. It’s a safe neighborhood being in Chinatown district. Internet was decent. Just room furniture seemed old like 20 years but in fair condition.

Property is close to China town where there are varieties of restaurant to choose. Close to historic Binondo church. Walking distance to central Manila. Staff were great and help when you needed. Milca was friendly and pleasing to talk to.

The staff was very kind! From the housekeeper to the receptionist! Rooms filled with all the amenities and very clean. The only “disadvantage” was the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was mainly with Asian plates and didn’t have anything European or American. Even though the majority of tourists aren’t from those parts, it should have had at least some options. Although, the staff at the restaurant was kind too.

This was my second time to stay at this hotel and I am certain that I will keep coming back everytime I come home for vacation. This hotel provides excellent customer service from getting off to the cab to settling to the room assigned, everybody was very helpful, Albert, Jeff Ang, the security ,the front desk and the room attendants whom I failed to remember their names(my apologies), they were all exteremely pleasant and polite. Thank you for all your help and making our stay free from inconviniences. Aside form the awesome customer service and cleanliness of the hotel, I also love its location, its proximity to where we love to go and love to do is highly commendable, from history amd culture, to business and shopping, and of course the beautiful Binondo churc which is few steps away from the hotel. Overall, I love this hotel and will be looking forward to staying here more often.
