"The staff was very helpful. The view of the lake was awesome. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall. We could hear loud club music from another hotel or restaurant nearby but I was still able to sleep. An easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Flores island. They let us check out late which was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away too so it is conveniently located. The market is right there so it was very easy to grab food, fruit, and other produce. "

"The staff are wonderful, as is the location. So close to the airport and town, but feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. Beautiful cabins, perfect design. My favourite hotel. "

"Hotel is very modern and clean. Easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp. Hotel has complimentary transportation. They picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. They also drove us to Isla Flores at no cost. This was very convenient and safe, as I was traveling with my kids. "

"This is an old hotel that may had seen better days. The room looked poor. The hotel itself is worn down and you can't even pay for transport to the airport with a card (debit/credit), they only accept cash."
