Overpriced hotel away from downtown Santa Fe

Stayed here for 2 nights - paid $102.50 (with taxes) per night.
It is located about 6 miles (20min drive because of speed limits) south of downtown Santa Fe. This is a pet friendly hotel. The manager specifically told us that they charge $25 per night for pets.
We booked a double queen room that had pet hair everywhere on one of the beds... it was on the floor carpet between the two beds, on the dark blue covering sheets! It was terrible. Worst thing is - i found it late in the night. By then We had unpacked and there was no way to wake up my 3 month old and move to another room.
The AC/Heater was terrible. It was not a digital one in which you can fix the temperature. Instead it had two dials: one which you keep the fan speed at Low or High, the other one you actually change the temperature from Red to Blue . Problem is ... There was no way to fix the fan temperature. The fan speed completely overran the temperature. For two consecutive nights, I had to keep waking up every 2 hours turning the heater on or off because the room was either too hot when the heater was left on or it became cold when switched off.
