Pet Friendly - Not
Posted Oct 8, 2016
On business, cut short extended stay at Best Western and transfered to another hotel providing potty areas and closer to a park with grass. Pets picked up hard thorned burrs in footpads which required removal trying to potty. No bags provided, no grassy areas, owners not picking up after, no cleaning by staff. Area located by back dumpster, dirt, stones, burrs did not make it nice nor clean nor safe. Manager never returned email, nor cared when spoken to. Just shrugged it off saying they never extended the sprinkler area, and its the desert. So sad too bad. This is not "pet friendly" in the least. Just pet stay free and at your own risk. Drury Inn booked full, providing far better pet areas in the downtown.....Best Western off my list catering to humans only. So sad, too bad.
