Not up to Marriott standard....

Staff was literally running around (about 10 of them) doing a "team building hunt"...the noise them made and general distrubance was very high. I mentioned to the clerk checking us in, the replay was, it's OK, the boss is with them! I was appalled....the computers were down on check in...the manager says they go down every day at this time, making check in for customers difficult. I suggested they call the corporate office to get some action taken on the matter, her reply was, "it won't matter to them!" The check in line was growing, customers were getting agitated.... The facility was OK, a maize of outside hallways and corridors...price was way too high for the facility. I won't stay there if I can avoid it in the future.

Nice hotel beautiful grounds

Pros: The staff was helpful. The were nice places to sit and talk in open areas. The bed was comfortable and it was clean and well kept.
Cons: No breakfast and only enough to have one cup of coffee in your room.
Location: Nice location and places to eat not far from the hotel.
Great room and lovely grounds. Parking was great, but I was a little surprised that there was no breakfast but they did have very good cookies free during the day.

false fire alarms over and over, no pool

Pros: I did appreciate the staff and their suggestions of eatery's were top notch.
Cons: tell people if renovations are going on , I am in hotel over a hundred days a year most do.
I choose this motel do to the saline system pool, it was out of service. The second night the fire alarm system went off at 8 times.

Not worth the money.

A lot of deferred maintenance from hinges, furniture, air conditioner, door locks, and dryer. The air conditioner had to be on high to keep the room at 72 degrees, it was a high of 85. The door lock was wonky. We could hear every foot step of the people above us. The bathroom door was coming off even after maintenance/security came to fix it. The drawers of the dresser are falling apart. The back door is still not fixed from a report in 2014.

Very poor hotel. Grounds and walkways not clean. Worst part was the noisy bed which woke your partner every time you turned over. Plus you could hear the beds in adjacent rooms.

Ok

Overall was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Liked the inside court area and trees. Pool area and shower were not very clean or were clean but stained. Beds were not comfortable.

Older Hotel.

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Location: There were a lot of restaurants and things near by to do. Not a bad location.
The hotel is an older hotel. The food was good but it took a long time to get it and it was pricey. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was older and it appeared as though someone had used the bathroom since it had been cleaned. The soap was out of the box with suds all over it sitting on the sink edge and their was a wet wash cloth on the sink that was clearly used and the counter top was very wet. Not sure what happened. Very Disappointed!
