Older Hotel.

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Location: There were a lot of restaurants and things near by to do. Not a bad location.
The hotel is an older hotel. The food was good but it took a long time to get it and it was pricey. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was older and it appeared as though someone had used the bathroom since it had been cleaned. The soap was out of the box with suds all over it sitting on the sink edge and their was a wet wash cloth on the sink that was clearly used and the counter top was very wet. Not sure what happened. Very Disappointed!

Very poor neighborhood with vagrants

Poor room cleaning and service. They forgot first day then only made bed with no renewal of toiletries or coffee.

The hotel and staff were great. The hallway corridors were lined with raised tile and when people left at 4am, it was fairly loud as they rolled the luggage along the tile and the wheels dropped into each groove of the grout.

Not so great

We booked for a great price and choose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub for an overnight stay during my kids spring break (traveling to different parts of NM). We were disappointed neither of the 2 hot tubs worked, we and other guests had to call for pool towels numerous times before someone brought some to the pool area, we had to call for a blow dryer which wasn't in the room like it was supposed to have been, and the cable did not work on the tv. Good thing the wifi worked or we would have ditched this place. They also charged my account $20 incidental fee for "just in case" even though I had paid for the night in full with hotels.com. The fee was suppose to come off my account and it hasn't yet. .... Poor management, I'd be surprised if it remains open much longer

Worst Courtyard Marriott experience ever ...

Reserved 2 rooms and arrived at 3pm to check in. While rooms were not ready, completed check in and told them it was important for the rooms to be together. Returned two hours later ready to clean up and relax and rooms were not waiting. Finally got the rooms and they were on opposite sides of the hotel and separate buildings. Speaking of- this is a "motel" . Each door is exterior to outside- this is not a hotel with a hallway and shelter from rain or snow. When I reserved with the Courtyard Marriott, I expected much more. I refused the second room and we all crowded into the king and sleeper sofa - "suite?" they called it- It was not a great stay and we were not rested for our next day.
