Weve been to Santa Fe and el dorado many times. We like their location and even though the hotel is not new it is comfortable. This time we wanted to use the sauna (included in the fee they charge daily) but was out of order for the whole stay. Tried to use the spa steam room (for an extra fee) but was also out of service due to renovations. I gues that was the o la downside on our stay, overall never disappoints ! It is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel and the staff is very friendly! Would definitely keep staying there (hopefully they finish the renovations soon!)
Very nice hotel, great location, nice staff. but they did charge us a $25 resort fee per day and spa and pool were both closed. Also sitting area by bar had cleared it out for an event. So the $50 for the two nights was a rip off and don’t remember them telling us when we checked in and wasn’t listed on Expedia that I saw when we booked.
Its a very nice place .but no bars open .only at night time.beatifil place to have a drink at any time .not only at night..bartender was not polite. I waited so long for a drink abd food when he came finally to ask if i wanted something happy hour was already over.
