Beautiful place to stay. Centrally located. On-site restaurant had great breakfast and the supper menu was divine, highly recommend the Chillean Sea Bass meal.

Everything about the experience was fabulous but I was hit with some unexpected resort fees, that are in the "fine print" when booking with Expedia. Sadly, I had not budgeted for that expense.

The hotel itself was wonderful! Great service , comfy room, and inviting staff. The spa was ok but only had a steam room and the chairs in the relaxation room were not very relaxing. My massage therapist was very sweet and was able to work on my problem areas, but I have had better massages at spas with lower prices. I would stay there again, but would not use the spa services.

The beds were out of this world comfortable- although each one of hit or shins on the end of the wooden beds. The key didn’t work when we first checked in. We had to go back 2 times to get it fixed. The valet staff was amazing.

I was very excited to stay in this hotel again, however I was let down. The hotel allows guests to contact customer service via text. When we got in the lukewarm hot tub we messaged the front desk and were informed that the temperature could not be raised, and then told that it was 104 degrees (simply not true) and as other guests complained and left, that no one would be available to check. After shivering back to the room and informing a manager, I was told that I was mistaken, that the temperature is perfect. If this is an amenity that matters to you, or if customer service is a factor in your decision, I would stay elsewhere.

The property itself is nice, however, I went in March when it was still cool outside and the hotel was overall warm inside. I arrived 20 min after check in but the room was not ready. The front desk staff explained that the hotel was short staffed with cleaning personnel. I had to wait another 20 min for a room and it was a non- pet floor even though I had a pet. I appreciated the laminate wood floors in the room. The room was warm and the thermostat was placed on the lowest setting of 60 but it never cooled down. The hotel has an awesome text feature to get a hold of the front desk. I complained and they sent an engineer up who stated that it needed time to cool down since the hotel was pretty full with spring breakers. He offered to have a fan brought up and we accepted, but a fan was never brought up and the room never cooled which made for a warm uncomfortable night. It wasn't until morning that we realized the windows in our room could open. No one told us that and they didn't have a straightforward latch that made it obvious. The hotel is advertised as pet friendly but doesn't have a green space for pets. When I asked the front desk about this they recommended a park two blocks away which was mostly dirt. The hotel is in the downtown area that is mostly concrete and has some homeless folks nearby so having to walk your pet a distance to relieve themselves can be a little apprehensive. Not worth the one night $400 price tag I paid.

Very nice hotel just one block from the plaza. Parking on site. Great and attentive staff. Room was big (we had a king size bed and a sofa). Nice gym on the top floor. Excellent restaurant on site (Agave).

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of order but they gave us a credit without us asking. Some of the common areas on each floor are a bit weathered but they seem to be updating it. Great location and staff was amazing

Friendly staff. The valets were always so nice. The Agave restaurant was delicious. The room was very spacious. The only negative was the shower was a bit small for my liking. Next time I may upgrade to a different room type but I would definitely book again.

The room (370) was extremely loud as the window faced the loading area and dumpsters so it was excessively loud. The windows are really old and loose which didn’t help. Otherwise great hotel

I found the public spaces in the hotel to be quite lovely. The staff was exceptional, everyone encountered was amazing. Little things about the room were the only negatives. The bathroom doorknob was loose and the trim around it was falling off. The knobs on the sink were quite loose as well. The toilet make strange sounds after flushing, maybe it is supposed to do that? Plenty of hangers in the closet, the closet was a nice size as well. The interior doors looked kind of sloppy, like someone touched it up with a paint that wasn't quite the same color, just a little annoying for someone who hyper-focuses on weird things. Plugging in my phone charger made the lamp across the room turn off and then on again, just seemed odd. Room was very clean; the firmness and quantity of pillows was great! Being able to open the windows was a huge plus, view from the window not so great, but I suppose people need to park somewhere in such a congested area. Considering the cost of the room and the resort fee, the details in the room should be addressed, however it could be an aesthetic choice, albeit a poor one. Final opinion, would absolutely stay again. Once more, amazing people working here.

The Front Desk's attention was disappointing; this young lady said that I could go to another hotel or property if I didn't like it, just after I questioned why I had to use credit in the hotel but a refund after being downgraded my room.

Love this place
Eldorado hotel is amazing and very close to the downtown square to walk and enjoy. The food is absolutely delicious so no need to go elsewhere for meals.

Great location second stay at this hotel in 2023. Dining is ok, nothing in the way of casul dining like a burger. TV system is horrible. TV system (Direct TV) will freeze and go off for a couple of seconds and come back on. Annoying.
