Beautiful Historic Hotel, close to everything!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Central to everything. Parking is right next door.
Cons: Needs more hangers in the closet's. Front desk clerk told us the free walking tour included with our stay started in the lobby, which was incorrect
Location: Location is close to all shop's restaurants and sites to see.
Two night stay in Santa Fe, hotel is beautiful, if a little noisy as it is very old! Rooms are small, but the hotel is so beautiful it does not matter. Lovely porch to sit out on and have a cocktail or morning coffee and people watch.

Great walking distance to shops and restaurants.Posted Jul 2, 2015
First time in Santa Fe, staff was very welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Only slights are a pool was missing and a full length mirror in room would be nice.

Room sizePosted Jun 17, 2015
The room was very clean and decorated lovely. But it was very small even to us and we are small people. It was hard to find a place to set two suitcases. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions of things to do in the area. We would stay at the Hotel St. Francis again but would go for a larger room. Everything so close to the hotel. We took advantage of using the pool at their sister hotel. Staff was very nice and we enjoyed just relaxing by the pool.

Good location; historic hotelPosted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: Great location, close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Provide a way to make coffee or tea in the rooms. Provide information about hotel services in the rooms.
Being an historic hotel, rooms are small but nice. Only issue was lack of any way to make coffee or tea in the room, and the restaurant was closed on Mondays (the morning I was there). This resulted in a long walk early in the morning looking for somewhere to get tea or coffee. (They did have coffee in the lobby, but I'm a tea drinker. And there was no cream or milk, just artificial creamer.)

Great location, so so roomsPosted May 30, 2015
We booked a deluxe King room but were sent to a double room. They corrected it but I don't know why they thought the new room was deluxe as it was very small and did not have the advertised bathrobes. Parking is $18 a day and minimal as is the case everywhere in Santa Fe. The bar was closed for a private event. So... Great location to everything on the plaza and very close to Cafe Pasquale which is a plus! It's just overpriced, but so is everything in downtown Santa Fe.

Perfect location in the heart of Santa Fe PlazaPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: History and location
Cons: Size of rooms
Location: Perfect location to everything in Santa Fe. Great restaurants nearby. Café Pascual's is a definite must for breakfast!
Made a reservation at this hotel based on its perfect location and history. A beautiful and historic hotel upon entering the lobby. One thing, the rooms are small, very small. How small you may ask? Upon opening the door to the bedroom, the corner of the bed is about a foot away. No sink in the bathroom, so it is in the main room. Only one mirror in the room. Even though the room is small, I thought it was cozy. Anyway, not much time was spent in the room during the trip. The bed was luscious and I fell into a deep sleep instantly. As a tip, try to get a room on the 3rd (highest) floor, as it is the quietist. I definitely recommend make a visit or two to the Secreto Lounge downstairs. They make excellent cocktails. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Janel gave a great history about the hotel. The hotel is perfect walking distance to everything in the Santa Fe plaza. Parking was an extra fee, but well worth it. All in all, I would definitely return!
