Everyone was so helpful. I had tweaked my knee and needed a wheelchair to get around. The staff was able to locate one for our use. They were so helpful and supportive.

The Inn at Loretto is a lovely, old, hotel constructed in the early American SW style: thick walls, old fashioned bathrooms (stand-alone sinks and no counters), funky in-bathroom closets, incredibly comfortable beds and furnishings. Our window opened to an amazing view. The Inn is conveniently located in Santa Fe, where one can walk anywhere. The lounge is perfect with a big fireplace and comfortable furniture. We will come back!

Loretto inn was great in every way. From the helpful staff, to the excellent food at Illuminati’s. Great location to historic churches, shops and museums all within walking distance.would definitely recommend and definitely stay her my next trip to Santa Fe.

This is a very nice, very clean, older hotel. It is very conveniently located to the Santa Fe Plaza. Staff are outstanding easy, walking to most places Around the plaza

Room was nothing special for the price paid. Heating system was so noisy we had to turn it off at night, then it took a long time to come on again in the morning. Having the only place to hang clothes located inside the bathroom was inconvenient and the lack of any hooks to hang coats on in the room was bizarre. A coffee machine was provided but wasn’t restocked when the room was made up and it was a pain taking it out and finding a place to put it every morning. Disappointing that the hotel bar closed at 10pm, and with most of Santa Fe also closed by then you are left with little options for food and drink.

We booked with Expedia twice and both time this hotel and it’s sister property did not have our reservations and said it was an issue with booking indirect through Expedia. First time we had no place to stay and they moved us around and by third hotel in middle of evening with kids we had a place. The second time I reserved days before and on our drive from Phoenix - called the hotel to ensure we had a place but arrived and they didn’t have us!!! So frustrating!

The property is very appealing and nicely done. Is also clean, have a nice coffee shop inside, restaurant and bar area. As far as for rooms, it should be more updated like basic stuff; toilet flushing handle, shower heads. Those are basic thing and should be functional. As far as for food, very disappointed. I remembered that food was more higher quality but not this time around. Not sure what happened. Over seasoned, not fresh tasting. The selection is very poor more on junky food side so for what they are priced the food should be top notch. So we cut our stay at that hotel and checked out sooner. Very questionable if I will recommend that place again as I did before.

The property is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The stores inside are beautiful luminaire was phenomenal eating staff incredible Big problem lady next-door made so much noise and slammed the door. So loudly at 9:30 pm two different times. Then had people over and made so much noise. Then at 5:45 AM she got on the phone on her cell phone with the speaker on and I could hear the conversation on both sides. Laughing talking so loudly. Called security again for the fourth time in 24 hours. They did nothing the first night a guy came up and looked confused and said I can’t knock on the door and that was the end of that. Ask her to be quiet she finally got off the phone and then her snoring woke us up again an hour later. Because I did third-party booking all they could do was takeoff the resort fee of $30. This is wrong and it’s such a beautiful property but the walls are paperthin. I would not go back again.

Beautiful hotel, unbelievably comfortable beds, convenient for wandering around the Plaza, and slightly snooty concierge people who clearly think some guests are beneath them. But also, expect to be hosed - this hotel acts like an airline. Expedia states the price includes taxes and fees, then hotel adds another fee to cover 'servicing your room, two small bottles of water, coffee pods' - things that every other hotel includes in it's room cost. Also parking (bearing in mind that you have no option but to valet, and you tip the valet guy separately anyways.) Santa Fe is always wonderful to visit, and this hotel is a great experience, but a smile and a friendly word costs nothing.

Love this hotel. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It was refreshing and made our trip! Only issue was the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation, but overall 5 stars. Beautiful property, lobby, service and location!

Fits Santa Fe, NM "style" not a modern hotel. I was allowed to check in earlier so I could do a zoom class. Expected internet services, Missed a zoom meeting due to lack of internet. I had called front desk and went down to the desk since no one came to check after 2 hours. Maintenance worker had to reboot their router. Hotel lacks tech amenities.

This hotel has not been kept up with. It definitely needs updates to make it comfortable. The mini fridge in the room is soooo loud it kept me up. The lights are all dated and buzzing. The sconces in the bathroom were not even on properly. The bathtub was dark dark dark!

Excellent customer service, and care. Since before our arrival, we received Tex messages from the hotel welcoming us, and being ready for anything we needed. We also dine at the Luminaria restaurant which was delicious and service was great; the Chef came to introduce himself to everyone in the dining room……the Valet guys are very courteous and helpful. I can say that we found a home away from home
