The property was dirty and warm. Broken glass in the parking lot. Generally in a state of poor repair and maintenance. Will not chose to stay again and question other locations.

The rooms were nice but the property is very run down. We had to climb stairs to our rooms. Im 62 my husband 75...not convenient. The staff was very friendly

Probably wouldn’t stay here. I was in a pinch. It’s a very congested area with heavy traffic property was OK on the inside however, the outside was dirty. I had my dog and there was really nowhere for her to go potty. I would read this property is average at best.

I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the last dozen or so years. Each time it has seemed more run down. This time was the worst: serious need of painting, electrical outlets that did not work, exit signs barely hanging from their mountings, filthy pool. Facility advertises complimentary wi-fi but this was not available. Per one employee, wi-fi has been down for as long as she has worked at the facility (several months). Poor condition of the property can only be due to lack of corporate support. Location is great but I'll check out other hotels in future visits to Santa Fe.

The wifi was out and we found out that it'd been out for over six months period so we had to go to public places to do our for many hours each day. We had a large dog stay next to us in an enjoying room.It marked 42 nights and one day. We have stayed in this hotel for ten plus years but we will now look for a new place.

The room was nice but the management is obviously off their game. The front door was badly warped. Inside bath door dirty. Shower was either too hot or too cold. No dress code for the front desk. Sloppy

It was amazing to stay in Santa Fe. La quinta was close enough to all the things we wanted to visit and do. Only issue was we were told you would have your room cleaned on the third day however it's actually the 4th day they clean. Breakfast was amazing but you kinda had to rush otherwise there wouldn't be anything really left for you to eat. Staff was willing to put out more food but some of the front desk was rude and just refused to help with that even though it was 8 am and breakfast ended at 9

There was mold in the bathroom, difficult to find my room outside, room #'s are not visible from the street. I had to walk outside in the snow wind and cold then still had to go back to car and drive around more because room numbers skip even numbers. Even numbers in a whole different section. Mold inside the bathroom over door frame. I felt sick with allergies after staying there. Not a good experience.

Overall curb appeal not great. Room was clean, but maintenance was lacking a bit. Our sink was stopped up. We let the front desk know and she said she would send someone over. We left for the day and when we came back that night it had not been fixed. I mentioned it again the next morning at checkout and she said oh.

The walking pathways were filthy and so were the door mats, the elevator smelled like urine and was filthy. There was a camper truck in the back lot where my room was and looked like a homeless person lived there. My tv did not work and there was no wi fi. I felt very unsafe there. The room looked clean but I left immediately and went to the comfort in. My needs were met and I felt safe there. I was appalled. I called the next day to let them know how I felt and to refund my money, I did not get a response.
