First the location is great for access to the city square and major sites. Daily breakfast and morning staff were wonderful - blue corn pancakes ! However our first room smelled like a chimney, second room better but really not clean - due to miscommunications our room was not cleaned until our 3rd night. Room had mold and dust in vents, one outlet was bare and bathroom wires were rusty. Very disappointing compared to online reviews.

Room was not clean. The room service came once on next to last day. The floors were uneven ;and, there were screws protruding out of the floor. This had potential danger. The toilet had a leak at the wall flooding the bathroom. We had to shut the water off after filling the tank after flushing. On the positive side, the breakfast staff ware amazing as was the food

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are incredibly sweet and the breakfast is wonderful. It is downtown, so you can walk to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to return.

More shabby than chic. Great location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very nice. Our room needed a deep cleaning! Dirt in the corners, dirty/moldy grout, dusty. (Seems like others were happy with the cleanliness of their rooms so maybe ours was not typical?) The pictures on the website look so much better than what we experienced. I had promised my wife a really great stay but we were both quite disappointed. I realize the buildings are 100 years old, but that is not an excuse for the conditions we experienced. I spoke with the manager and the owner, both of whom were appreciative.

The location of the hotel is convenient to get to most places. I did not like that there were little ants inside our room. However when I told the staff about it, someone came to help remedy the situation right away.

The breakfast was awesome. Several choices of cooked to order breakfast. The choices were breakfast burrito, blue corn pancakes and choice of meat, 3 breakfast tacos and 2 eggs, choice of meat and potatoes. In addition coffee, hot chocolate or chai. Fresh fruit, pastries, grits, bagels and croissants. Everything was delicious.

Las Palomas is a comfortable, funky, slightly rustic, multi-building boutique motel with a fantastic free full breakfast (cooked to order, not just buffet) and a wonderfully friendly, helpful staff and an engaged owner/manager. Within easy walking distance of the heart of downtown Santa Fe (especially close to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum). Plenty of free parking.

Wonderful stay with great staff! The morning breakfast was fantastic. Our apartment was the perfect size for two people, and we really loved the fireplace on the chilly mornings. We would stay here again. It is walkable to the main shopping and art galleries and restaurants. My only feedback is that the rooms could have been cleaner and with a little updating to the kitchen area, this would be an amazing place to stay!

I was driving cross country with my husband and our dog and we decided to stay here because we’d stayed during our honeymoon. This was our favorite stop of all the hotels we stayed at during our drive. It was so comfortable and cozy and I loved sitting by the fireplace after a long day of driving. Also they were so welcoming to our dog and gave him a bag of treats and toys which made me so happy. None of us wanted to leave the next day but alas we had to hit the road again. Highly recommend this spot!

The room was very old (#23) and had not been updated for decades. There was little room and no luggage racks so we used the couch for our luggage leaving two hard back.chaors to sit on next to a small table. There was a draft from a broken window frame and the door. The bathroom was old and to get there at night one had to go down a step from the be to the lr on the way. Dangerous if one is tired. The bed was a king but the niche it was in was for a double bed so there was a 4 inch gap to.the wall and the pillows kept falling into it. When we went for breakfast, it was a load of hard boiled eggs and the rest was all starch...nothing cooked or warm...less than Motel 6.

We loved our stay. They just started to offer different hot breakfast options - gluten free and veggie too. We had breakfast tacos and smoked salmon sandwich - was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to the center of the town in minutes. Everything was great

Charming hotel with a lot of character. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, my room was not made up a single time during a three-night stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic and close to shops/museums/restaurants on downtown.

I loved my stay at Las Palomas! Sadly I only stayed one night but it was wonderful—1 stack of complementary firewood for our fireplace. The room was cozy and private. Would stay again, especially in the same room! The only downside was in the morning there was loud banging like construction was happening on the other side of us and saw an image of a pool/hot tub but there was none (was not a big deal, still woulda stayed here anyways).

Very convenient to walk to the downtown area, however it’s a very old hotel, our room was dirty and the bed very uncomfortable, the TV did not work in our room. I would not stay here again
