Nice hotel within walking distance of downtown

Posted May 26, 2016
Pros: I liked the staff and the homelike feel of the hotel.
Cons: In the US we are used to larger bathrooms, however though small they were modern
Location: In the heart of downtown Sant Fe and accessible to everything.
Pleasant staff, European ambiance, wine, cheese, crackers and fruit on the weekends during cocktail hour. Restaurants, museums and events within walking distance. Coffee and water in lobby as well as in room. Hot tub on back patio with outdoor seating in a garden like setting and with a grill for guest cooking. Not your typical sterile hotel but a cozy, warm environment. Each suite has two rooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin beds or couches. A flat screen tv in each room, microwave w/oven and refrigerator. European decor. We enjoyed our experience and would go back again.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, lobby was beautiful.
Cons: I wish there was a seating area in the room (room 1) with a small table.
It is a good place, and the staff is terrific. Location can't be beat for a long family weekend in Santa Fe.

Luxx in March

Posted Mar 23, 2016
We stayed in March and really wanted to be in walking distance to town and this place fit the bill. I loved the rooms and amenities and decor. The only negative thing is that the coffee shop next door closed down and the Luxx doesn't provide any type of morning snack. Coffee in the room and lobby is great but beware you'll need to walk somewhere or bring something with you.

Sehr schickes Hotel

Posted Mar 19, 2016

Nice hotel close to the plaza

Posted Mar 18, 2016
Pros: Location, location, location! I love to be close to the plaza!
Cons: I really like to stay at a place that offers a continental breakfast. Other than the bed there was not really a place to sit in the room.
Location: Near the hotel (within walking distance) there are myriad museums, art galleries, restaurants, the Santa Fe plaza, and cultural sights.
Very quiet hotel! The rooms are decorated well and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is quaint and there is an espresso machine available to the guests. Parking is a challenge, but you can park nearby in a parking garage for $15-20 a day. The hotel staff was courteous, but we're not always available for checking in, providing assistance, or checking out.

Hello, Thank you so much for your valued input. The Desk is available 24/7 by phone to answer any questions during the hours of 10pm to 8 am. Having limited desk hours is one way to offer such great rates. We will look at extending our desk hours in the near future. Glad you had a pleasant stay!

Pros: Location

GO TO place to stay in Santa Fe!

Posted Feb 28, 2016 on Hotels
Love staying at Hotel Luxx! Lovely music playing through TV when we entered room, however once we turned if off to go out to dinner, we could never get it to come back on. Never even figured out how to get the TV to work! Wasn't important enough to go to the desk to check, but the TV/Music shouldn't be that complicated! Two remotes with probably 25-30 buttons each. Need a little cheat sheet for guests!
