uncomfortable

Pros: Location
Cons: The room. No welcome perks, chocolate, etc.
Location: The plaza is nearby. Walking distance to many attractions.
Bathroom tiny, window was stuck, could not open it, AC was initially shut down by the hotel. Stuffy.

Location, location, location...Not enough!

Posted Oct 5, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything else
Location: Downtown Santa Fe, so restaurants, the plaza, shopping, etc.
THis hotel is located conveniently in downtown Santa Fe. It is also less expensive than many downtown accommodations. However, the entrance takes you past the kitchen of Izmi, the local sushi place (great food, BTW), which makes you feel like you're going in the back door. The whole place is dark and cheaply remodeled in a decor that is best characterized as Flea Market Flip before the "flip." It feels more like a boarding house than a hotel. Bathroom sinks are pedestal, with absolutely no counter space. Toiletries are cheap. While someone made the bed everyday, they didn't replace the glasses in my room all week, even though it was obvious they were used on a daily basis. Walls are paper thin, giving me an intimate acquaintance with my neighbors on both sides. I've stayed in lots of hotels in Santa Fe. This is not one that I'll come back to.

Great place to stay in town.

Check in was welcoming. Room was well decorated. A welcome relief from your cookie cutter hotel rooms. Tea & Expresso in the Lobby was another Plus. Location was central to Town allowing us to leave the car parked for most of our stay.

Just two blocks from the square, this boutique hotel is simply wonderful. Beautiful art and design, and a wonderful staff! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful downtown hotel

Posted Sep 18, 2016
Pros: close to downtown and nice restaurants
Cons: it is perfect as is
Location: It is close to downtown. Resuarants and activites were very handy to walk to.
This is the best hotel decor we have ever stayed in. Very personal and relaxing feel about the hotel. The staff and owner of the hotel made sure we were taken care of and always offered if we needed anything. This is a family owned hotel and you feel like you are staying with family. The staff had wine and snacks all day long. I will stay here every time we fo to Santa Fe New Mexico

Nice hotel with great location

Posted Sep 1, 2016
Pros: The patio behind the hotel was a nice place to relax.
Cons: This hotel seems to be a bit overpriced, even for Santa Fe.
Location: There are lots of great food options close by, and you can't get much closer to the shopping or the museums.
This is a funky little hotel that puts you right in the center of the Santa Fe scene.

Luxx hotel is a very nice place located close to the Plaza and great restaurants. The "spiritual owner" Louis is conscientious and helpful. The check in was a breeze.
