Great Location With Great FeelPosted Sep 4, 2015
Pros: Great location! Breakfast was both tasty and offered a good selection.
Cons: Neither of the toasters worked well . . . almost not at all. Most staff were very friendly. It made the one who wasn't stand out.
Check-in was smooth and friendly, complimentary chocolates and bottled water in our room. The bed was comfortable, nice-quality soap and lotion, good in-room and always-available lobby coffee. The location is fantastic - just a few blocks from the plaza as well as The Railyard. Very walkable which is great when you eat as much as we do in Santa Fe! Speaking of . . . the breakfast buffet is not your average spread. Three of our four mornings, there were delicious tamales in addition to the breakfast burrito bar in addition to all of the standard fruit, yogurt, cereals. Oh, and fresh breads from nearby Sage Bakehouse. (Toasters didn't work well, I must say.) Good chips with guacamole and salsa in the late afternoon. This was our fifth trip to Santa Fe, but our first stay at Old Santa Fe Inn. We'll definitely return next time we're in town!

Elegant, walking distance to everythingPosted Aug 25, 2015
Location: St. Francis cathedral is absolutely beautiful.
Stayed here for the last night of our vacation. Wanted to stay somewhere nice before heading home. It was a great place to stay. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. Very spacious with balcony. Also, since parking can be an issue in downtown Santa Fe, free parking on the hotel premise and the fact that we were able to walk everywhere was a huge plus.

Lovely hotel close to the plaza.Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Location and breakfast included.
Cons: Only rocks for our dogs to eliminate on, but they didn't seem to mind. If your pooch requires grass, you will have to cross the road.
Location: We walked to the plaza and ate, shopped and took the city tour.
This is a gem of a hotel. It is within an easy walking distance to the plaza with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We had our bulldogs with us and they were welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The rate included breakfast with a wide assortment of foods. We enjoyed the build your own breakfast burrito. In the afternoon, they provided guacamole and chips and there is always water, tea and coffee available. It was nice to be able to park right outside our door for easy packing/unpacking.

Good hotel close to downtownPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff.
Cons: Wireless internet in our room was not available, and television reception was not the best.
Location: Location is great for walking to the downtown plaza area, as well as to the Railyard Station area and the Canyon Road art galleries.
Old Santa Fe Inn was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It's within easy walking distance of several of the most popular tourist spots in the city. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious. Fresh cookies, salsa and guacamole with chips each afternoon after a day of sightseeing or shopping was a nice thing to have to tide you over until dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have any wireless internet service in our room, though, which would have been nice. It's advertised as being available, so hopefully they can get that working for future guests. We would stay there again.

Relaxing place to stay.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Convenience to downtown. No charge for parking. A great buffet breakfast.
Location: Very close to downtown. Many good restaurants.
We met my daughter & son-in-law in Santa Fe and spent three nights in the Old Santa Fe Inn. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice room and friendly employees. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The downtown is within a short walking distance. Overall our stay was a good experience.

Best stay everPosted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Everything! We can't think of anything negative to say. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was always available. Beautiful place.
Cons: Nothing! Keep doing what you are doing!
Location: Plaza is within walking distance, so, food and shopping are right there.
This is a beautiful courtyard motel. Rooms are small but feel very big. Southwestern decor is perfect inside and out. Every amenity is available and well thought out. Breakfast is complete, served on real plates, with real napkins and silverware. You can eat inside or on the patio. Walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza. Comfortable, attractive. We loved our stay and will be back!!

Mi casa es suyaPosted Jun 14, 2015
Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. We arrived well before check in. They allowed us to park our car and made sure the room was ready as soon as possible. We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast buffet. The best we have ever had! There was also a welcome note that included our name in the room& some very nice chocolates. We stay on Santa Fe often and plan to make the Inn our home away from home. Truly the exemplification of "mi casa es suya"
