Santa Fe close to shopping and food

Hotel room clean, air conditioner wasn't working. Fan ran all night but room did not cool down even on high.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the a/c. We have a centralized cooling and heating system in the hotel, unfortunately we haven't switched out from heat. We will change it to cooling in by the beginning of May if the weather is warmer.

Filthy and disgusting

Sheets were stained and there was hair in my bed and on my "clean" towel. Short head sprays directly outward and there are no trashcans in the rooms. (I switched rooms and went to another) Balcony had dried bird poop everywhere. The worst part wasn't even the lack of cleanliness but the extremely loud exit door being slammed shut constantly at literally all hours of the night. Although I was on a top floor room, this loud noise kept me and my dog up all night long.

Disappointed. Reached late at night exhausted. Was told that room is smoking room. Argued for 15 minutes. Had to wait 1/2 hour to get the room. No insulation between rooms and you can hear people next to you clearly. A lot of smoking next door. No AC or fan. Disaster

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. It started with the rude clerk that checked me in @3am. After being at the hospital for two days we just wanted to sleep. The room was cold when we turned up the heater it got lukewarm even though the thermostat was at 85 all night! The safety lock was broken just happy the regular lock worked. In the morning tried to shower water never got hot! Complained to the front desk and they offered to send someone to show me how to use the shower!! It was one knob! One Direction for hot water One Direction for cold! Overall this place was a dump and I will never stay there again. For $78 a night I would have rather stayed in my car

There's a great (if a bit pricey) Chinese restaurant on-site, and the buffet breakfast wasn't bad, either... do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage links, fresh fruit, etc. Biscuits were a bit hard and tasteless, as is usually the case with buffet-style setups, in my experience. Room was comfortable, if a bit sparse -- needed more furnishings for a room that size, they easily could have fit a couple chairs or even a couch in there. My only real complaint would be the lack of an indoor pool or hot tub, and the fact I had to go in through a side door in order to access my room. The door itself was a bit grungy-looking, and all-in-all it just felt like a place where unsavory characters might easily lie in wait.
