wonderful staff

Pros: wonderful amenities, recently renovated,very good restaurant and great bar
Location: great location, very close to the old plaza
the staff was wonderful, greeted us every time by name, very knowledgeable and professional - they actually went through hospitality training.

Disappointed in the $25 nightly charge for parking, bathroom was very small and cramped, difficult to get in and out off shower.

Had originally planned to stay at another "boutique" hotel in downtown Santa Fe, but an issue came up and we were given two alternate options by the site. Both choices were an upgrade over our original choice. So we transferred over to the Rosewood. A great choice. Wonderful room and very attentive staff. There are no "facilities" at the hotel (pool, hot tub, exercise room) due to space constraints in downtown Santa Fe. There is mandatory valet parking at a cost of $25 per day but we were aware of that so it was not a surprise or a big concern. We went in the "off season" and so there were many discounts offered around the plaza at the shops there and elsewhere. Didn't do the many museums this trip, had done them before, and if its your first trip to Santa Fe, you really should visit the many museums. Do try to get out of the Plaza area as the prices there are much higher than the rest of town. Its a nice city to visit and explore.

Wonderful hotel!

I love this hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and not the usual "cookie cutter " rooms of most hotels. The service is impeccable. You are greeted by name every time you enter. The restaurant is one of the best in Santa Fe. My only complaint is that I think the rates are rather high. Consequently we tend to stay here only on special occasions.

Fabulous hotel

Great Hotel in the center of Santa Fa

Location: Everything downtown Santa Fe is in walking distance: the Plaza is 2 min away, and from there, everything is in striking distance: shops, restaurants,.
Fantastic hotel ... we stayed for an extended weekend. Great staff, great service. Perfect location !!! We will definitely be back
