Great location

The best staff I have experienced at any hotel in the US. Restaurant was quite good. Hotel room (standard) was a bit on he small side as was the bathroom.

Lack of front door parking and protected covering for check in made it less manageable and convent for a high end hotel. Breakfast service was slow- after 5 minutes had to go searching for a waiter- waitress. Staff was nice and courteous

The Inn was perfectly located near the Plaza.

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: It was so comfortable.
Cons: I wish there had been a walk in shower.
The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The location made it so easy to walk to most of our planned sites and when not, other transportation was available.

Most comfortable bed ever!

Location: Dine at "The Shed" and "Pasqual's" Coffee take-out at "The Holy Spirit Coffee" and Pastries at "The French Pastry Shop" Hike Hyde State Park
We had a glorious weekend in Santa Fe and it began with the right choice of Hotels. The Rosewood has been our favorite choice since staying at the Hotel Georgia in Vancouver BC and the Inn of the Anasazi did not diminish our high regard for their hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with a cozy fireplace and a bed that made us want to stay in all day long. But the location was the biggest benefit. Being at the heart of the historic district, we walked everywhere. It may be a while before we return, but the Rosewood will be our first stop.

This is a magnificent hotel in the heart of old Santa Fe. The restaurant was also outstanding.

Nice hotel, but worth it?

Posted May 27, 2015
the hotel was very nice and close to the plaza and good restaurants, but we couldn't help wonder if the price was justified. At the beginning of our trip we stayed at La Fonda in a bigger room at half the price. It was in just as good a location and I'd say it offered more character. Anasazi is very nice and I would recommend it to those looking for something a bit more modern and posh with a great onsite restaurant.

Gem at the cross roads

Posted May 6, 2015
The Inn of the Anasazi is well designed built and located. It has traditionally been of impeccable service standards. On our most recent visit the staff seemed to be poorly trained and inadequately scheduled. Through out our stay employees were busy having personal conversations about work (scheduling, staffing, dissatisfaction) and failed to stop long enough to acknowledge guests. On check in the desk agent was unfamiliar with standard options and amenities and Danny the bell man had to try and salvage the check in. The house keeper through away my sunday paper while I was out and when I asked for another I was given saturdays. When I asked if I could get a cookie (they put them out every afternoon) the employee trying to help me asked if he could get more cookies and the dining staff made fun of him for eating too many all ready and when he pointed out it was for a guest they said there weren't any more despite having been told by the desk there was no problem. The hostess bemoaned the chef's frustration at the lack of creativity in his job to the concierge while I waited for the elevator. The one bright spot in all of it was Wes the concierge who was really quite exceptional. The property is brilliant and there are a few pieces they can build on, but overall the staff need to be trained or replaced. It was marginal 3 star service.

Spacious and Cool Suite in heart of Hollywood

Posted Apr 11, 2015 on Hotels
Booked a "Highland Suite" the room was quite spacious with cool decor. It feature a small kitchen, large dining area, living room and bedroom. Our room also had a balcony. Room was very comfortable and located in the heart of Hollywood, walking distance to all that Hollywood Blvd has to offer. My only complaint is that my room was next door to a nightclub which was quite loud until about 12am, it took me a while to figure out there was a way to seal the balcony door to reduce the noise from the outside. Despite this, I would stay here another night.
