LOCATIONPosted Oct 15, 2015
Great location within easy walking distance to the Plaza. Good breakfast albeit a little cozy if everyone arrives at the same time to eat. Room was good but needed a couple of maintenance issues taken care off. All staff were very pleasant.

A+ for cozy casitas and helpful staffPosted Oct 10, 2015
Pros: Everything -- the casitas, peppers on the towels, friendly and responsive staff, breakfast buffet, eating by a crackling fire
Cons: We enjoyed our stay very much. I can't think of anything that needed improvement.
Location: The location was perfect for us. The plaza, museums, shops, and a great little restaurant, Olivier's, were all within walking distance of the motel.
We loved the casitas. They were cozy and inviting, and we enjoyed sitting on the patios. Breakfasts by the crackling fire each day got us off to a great start. We talked with several staff members during our 4-night stay, and everyone was friendly and helpful. One person found a pair of shoes that I had left and had them at the front desk for me to pick up. Another person helped me print an important page for a presentation. The staff could not have been more helpful. The motel was a comfortable walking distance from the plaza and our conference. My husband is very picky about places to stay, and he was very pleased with our accommodations and the helpful staff. We will definitely return to the Santa Fe Motel and Inn!

Nice place to stay and convenientPosted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: The size of the bathroom was small.
Location: Walked to town for shops, dinner, and entertainment. Plus, there was much to do just two blocks away with restaurants and the Farmer's Market.
The Inn was perfect for us--reasonably priced, close walking distance to town, clean accommodations, excellent staff, and a delicious breakfast.

Dark and dreary motel, I requested but didn't receive 2 beds, with no apology. Noisy AC that didn't cool well.

Motel in guter LagePosted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: Die Lage.
