Indian Market Weekend!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The simplicity. The delightlfulness of all people that greeted us from the moment we arrived and till we departed.
Cons: You can here through the walls as if people in the other room are in yours. I am not sure how to fix that. So nice they were not loud.
Location: THe location was .6 miles from plaza, but with your shuttle it was most convenient .
Your hotel and environment was most welcoming. The shuttles to and from market were just very organized as well as personal attitude was most outstanding. The breakfast & happy hour included with our hacienda stay was FABULOUS, including the butler services down to the gals that keep us nice and tidy our whole stay. We greatly appreciate each and everyone of you that made our stay one of the best!!!!

Enjoyed sunrise yoga class. Breakfast staff made a special run unsolicited on the spot to provide lactose-free milk.

Loved this place...Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The butler service - the would do anything for us, and were very prompt and courteous. He washed my car and did my laundry!
Cons: The pool is small and the fitness center is cramped and limited. I ended up having to go to a separate fitness facility.
The service was attentive and impeccable - better than I've received at some Four Seasons and Ritz's. The location is near the tourist center of town, and the shuttle makes it easy to sight see. The atmosphere was relaxed and authentic current day native american - not some faux thing just for effect. The room was clean but not the best appointed we've ever stayed in... this was compensated for by the lounge where we could hang out, watch the sunset, eat breakfast or have afternoon snacks/drinks.

Wonderful hotelPosted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Location was great. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were accommodatin
Location: The hotel is right across the street from The Santa Fe railroad where they have a great farmer's market. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza .
Loved the Hacienda!!! We stayed in the Hacienda and had a wonderful time. Every morning there was an excellent complimentary breakfast to start our day and after a long day of sightseeing we came back to a complimentary Happy Hour. The staff really go out of there way to make your stay special. I had asked for a birthday cake and champagne in the room because it was my sister's birthday. They not only had it there but when we walked in the room the butler lit the candles and help us sing Happy Birthday!!! The room was clean and beautiful and the location was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

A very attractive hotel with traditional ambiance.Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: The ambiance and friendly staff throughout. The breakfast and the Happy Hour.
Cons: The Bar should be kept open till at least 11 pm with light snacks available. We arrived close to 9 pm and the restaurant and the bar were closing.
Location: Location is good, quiet
It was a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel décor is very Native American with warm ambiance at the entrance, lobby and the rooms. The shuttle service to the town was very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. The only negative experience was on the day of the departure, as our shuttle to the airport was at 6.45 am, and no provision was made for a light breakfast even for early departure guests.

A wonderful and beautiful placePosted May 31, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed at the Hacienda side of the hotel, in a king suite. It was perfect for a family of four. Our room is attached to a patio that the kids loved and played tap while we read and enjoyed the evening wind. The staff were extremely gracious. The night we arrived, the manager (Mr. Jesse) received us warmly and hauled our luggage all the way up to our room. He also told us that the Hotel is half owned by the native Americans. The decorations of the room is unique and impressive. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and happy-hour drinks there, which saves a lot hassle for us tourists. We would love to go back and stay there in the future.

2nd visit and planning a 3rdPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: Beautiful location, great staff.
Cons: We ate at the restaurant and ordered from the bar menu a few times. The food was very good, but was not hot when served.
Location: We walked over to the Railyard, and also went to the Plaza a couple of times.
My first visit was a girls vacation, and we walked everywhere. This most recent stay was with my husband. Since he has some health problems, walking was an issue. We used the hotel courtesy car go get us to and from our destinations. Enjoyed happy hour at the hotel. The hotel staff was great - friendly, professional, and very helpful.
