We planned a quick trip to Santa Fe to enjoy the quaint town and cooler weather. La Hacienda did not dissapoint! From check in to free and efficient shuttle service into town, our amazing butlers, cozy room with fireplace, delicious food, and overall excellent customer service!!! Truly a pleasant and wonderful surprise for our first visit! Love this place, definitely going back!

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Both bar and restaurant food was very good. Very convenient location. Walking distance to many restaurants and town park square.

Cons: Onsite dining had a lot to be desired...very limited dinner and breakfast menu.
Excellent stay, close to everything, very clean rooms, and staff was excellent, especially on the VIP side..

Relaxing getaway complete with cultural experiencePosted Sep 8, 2015
Wonderful experience, our butler was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the opportunity to relax in the lounge each evening with wine and cheese. We had dinner at the resort one night, the food was excellent but the staff was a little inattentive.

Indian Market Weekend!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The simplicity. The delightlfulness of all people that greeted us from the moment we arrived and till we departed.
Cons: You can here through the walls as if people in the other room are in yours. I am not sure how to fix that. So nice they were not loud.
Location: THe location was .6 miles from plaza, but with your shuttle it was most convenient .
Your hotel and environment was most welcoming. The shuttles to and from market were just very organized as well as personal attitude was most outstanding. The breakfast & happy hour included with our hacienda stay was FABULOUS, including the butler services down to the gals that keep us nice and tidy our whole stay. We greatly appreciate each and everyone of you that made our stay one of the best!!!!

Another great visitPosted Aug 21, 2015 on Hotels
Everything about this hotel is great. Private, close to the plaza, easy parking. Happy hour, breakfast included (at the Haciendas). Management is right on top of everything. The butler is ready to unpack your bags and take to your room immediately, no waiting around. Your room will have a welcome fruit platter, coffee maker and all the extras you will need. Shower had great water pressure. The Hacienda's are at the back of the main hotel in a separate hotel, with a security card entrance. It is quiet with no street noise. Walkable to the Plaza and right at the rail yard area.
