“We were the 1st group to book this rebranded location through Expedia.comband couldn’t be more satisfied. The manager Catherine, her boss, and all the staffers were above and beyond accommodating. Super kind, thoughtful, and attentive and we couldn’t be happier staying with a family of 5. Location was great and a walking distance from d’mall, restaurants, and laundry service. “The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. “房間整理乾淨、員工服務熱忱、設施多樣化、接駁服務便利；但人潮一多時接駁就要等待較久，這次住一樓的泳池進出房及樓上的泳池景觀房，都發現是兩間房的連通房型，而房門及連通門隔音都很不好，尤其是夜晚22:00後，來自隔壁房間的聲音非常清楚，尤其有一晚遇到房客聊天到凌晨，另一晚是房客的小孩在打鬧、哭泣、大笑，雖然有請飯店處理但效果有限，這點上最大的扣分。”
