"It wasn't a horrible hotel. It was right off the freeway on the Main st. The man at the window was very nice and they had some coffee, bananas, and pastry's for breakfast. It was super quiet considering it's on a Main Street which made me really happy. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the bed and the bathroom.had a strong scent. Most likely cuz it's an older hotel. "

"What a great place. I don't gamble and the idea of smoking anywhere on the property is unappealing. This said I'm not opposed to truly designated areas for smoking. The hotel/resort is really nice and convenient. Staff are both professional and kind. The amenities are very good and the pool deck is awesome. Rooms are spacious and well layed out. I love the location relative to Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, and Solvang. It was our first stay at this property and won't be the last."
