Beautiful property, staff was great. The Hotel ‘ pool closes at 6pm. This is a beach resort and closing the pool at 6pm is takes away from the property. AC Vent in bedroom’s suite hits you right in the chest and there is no way to move the vent. Tub in the shower has half glass enclosure and water gets on the floor because the shower head was not installed properly. The pool closing at 6pm is the biggest problem at this resort.

The hotel is pretty new so we encountered a couple of things we didn't like. There was no mini fridge in the room, the tv was not working, there were some electrical problems with the lights. Some of the amenities weren't fully equipped. We also got a breakfast to go that was poorly prepared for what we paid for. We expected better for the price we paid and for the hotel being a Hilton.

No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel y el servicio no es muy bueno. Es un hotel más para adultos que familiar y muy costoso para lo que ofrece.

New Hilton Santa Marta
Stay was good, even though we didn’t have direct access to the beach and the on site parking was free because they aren’t open 100% capacity. Not too many parking spaces so we couldn’t leave the property in our car. I wasn’t 100% pleased because I paid extra for Beach view and was given a partial beach view. Requested the full view and was given the excuse that there were not enough rooms with the full view that day and the next day they were going to have 24 new reservations.
