Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed our week long stay. Hotel is let down by its lack of dining options and seemingly overpriced menu. Not having complimentary bottled water and airport transfer is a bit of a let down considering price of hotel. Overall though great staff, luxurious rooms and a stunning setting!

Our turndown service offers complimentary wáter and every afternoon complimentary fruit in the pool área, we do have free airport transfer for the higher room categories only, we will consider and study your suggestion. Our dinner menú only deliveres the highest products and the prices for Company policy are low comparing with any other 5 star in the island ( 30% below) and the Port Restaurants, nevertheless we apologize if the options seamed not enough and I am pleased to inform you that we have introduced new daily suggestions and tapas options to our menus to increase the variety. Excellant Hotel

We stayed at this hotel in July 17, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break then this is the place ..... the staff and overall service provided was outstanding, everyone was so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough. The overall ambience is one of relaxation and quietness. if you are looking for a place to escape your busy life then I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel in order to re-charge your batteries !!

Fantastic location overseeing the beach and Marina

Pros: The food was exceptional and staff's attention to our every need meant you only had to concentrate on relaxing !
Cons: Only a minor thing but we found the translation to English on occasion a little tricky with staff, being picky !
Location: The beautiful beach and Marina were a very short walk away and meant we could break up the poolside sessions which was a bonus.
A relaxing anniversary break which met all our expectations...and more. The hotel has a luxurious feel throughout and made for a very special week long break. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the food was excellent. A visit to the Spa and Wellbeing centre is also a must ! All of the above is underpinned by a desire from the staff to meet your every need and ensure you have the best, most relaxing stay possible....and I can honestly say the staff more than achieved this for us.

Overall nice, but improvements could be made

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The pros: 1. Beautiful grounds and views - very tranquil and relaxing. 2. Rooms are large and well decorated. 3. Facilities - spa, gym, pool, etc. are all very nice. Cons: 1. Everything is very expensive. A bottle of water is €8, 2 cocktails cost us €23 and lunch the first day (we did half board) was €40 (no drinks). 2. The food was decent but overall, it looked much better than it tasted. They should really switch the menu up, as we had the exact same menu 3 days in a row which gets a bit boring. Also, drinks do not come with half board dinner (not even water). They offer a few "nicer" options at dinner (lobster, lamb, prawns) but if you want it, it's extra on top of what you've already paid. For a 5 star resort, that seemed cheap to us. Not sure we'd do the half board again. 3. The service overall wasn't great. When we asked about the cocktail price the first day, the barmen was rude and the snubbed us the rest of our stay. He ignored us at every breakfast, left dirty plates on our table, all while attending to other guests and asking them how they were doing. Our exchange was polite when asking about drinks and when the menu says €6 for a pimms and the bill comes to €23, of course we're going to ask why. We got a ground floor room and asked to move (two separate times) and were told no. We asked for a late check out and were told no. Overall, we were the youngest people there and felt the older guests received much better service.

Top Class Hotel with unrivalled levels of Service

Pros: EVERYTHING IT WAS CLEAN FANTASTIC SUITE AND WONDERFUL ROOMS, ALSO THE ADDED BONUS OF NO ENTERTAINMENT AND CHILDREN....
Cons: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SEEN AN IPHONE SOCKET
Location: THE MARINA WAS AN EASY WALK AWAY BUT THERE WAS ALSO A SHUTTLE.
THIS WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM BEGINING TO END , THEY USED OUR NAMES AND GREETED US EVERY TIME WE RETURNED. MY HUSBAND ALSO ARRANGED FOR A CELEBRATION BOUQUEST AS I WAS CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY AND THE HOTEL ARRANGE A BOTTLE OF CGAMPAGNE AND CANAPES.
