The ground level of this home offers on-site parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, as well as the convenience of a bathroom and laundry room. Additionally, the laundry room has one set of twin over twin bunk beds.

Upon entering this 4-story residence, guests will find a bright great room, aglow with sunshine from the stunning Gulf-front views. An inviting living area offers plush seating around a 75” TV, while a nearby sitting room provides additional comforts with a queen sleeper sofa—ideal for last-minute visitors. Guests can easily prepare cocktails with a wine fridge and ice maker at the wet bar before sitting at the 10-seat dining table for a home-cooked meal. The pristine white kitchen, featuring a stunning marble island with a built-in sink, is fully equipped with high-end Thermador appliances, making it easy to host large groups. Enjoy access to the spacious outdoor deck from anywhere in the great room—swim in the private pool with a built-in sitting spa, relax on 4 cozy loungers, or grill up some snacks in the outdoor kitchen.

Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 8 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool With Spa **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
