Love the building and what they’ve done with it. Our room was light and lovely. Windows let in a lot of noise unfortunately but blackout curtains are good.

While the initial check-in and room was problematic, the General Manager and Ingrid at the front desk the next morning did an excellent job to make things right. The room and bathroom were clean, well appointed and well located in the city center near good restaurants, cafes and shops. The lobby was welcoming and the continental breakfast was better than most.

The property is spotless and has a lovely lobby. The wine at happy hour is excellent. All of the employees wore multiple hats (bartender, valet, check in) and were warm and attentive. Truly, could not be nicer. Downside is that rooms are teeny tiny. Also, even though the pictures on Expedia and the hotel's website for my room type (standard king) showed a double sink vanity and at least one chair to sit in (I always check for this), our room had no chiar (other than the rattan bench under the desk) and a single sink. We could not have stayed more than the two nights- just too cramped.

Ok place to stay, Hispanic lady didn’t wanna check me cause my stay time was 4pm and i showed up at 2pm. Room was available not like show Owen’s the place was paying 500 for a night stay and can’t try accommodate a few hours.

The rooms are small. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. They offer vallet parking for $19 a day which was great, otherwise you park on the syreet and feed the meters every 4 hours. They offered a nice continental breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants, you wont need your car.
