At check in they didn’t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didn’t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didn’t replied rapidly they didn’t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this."
