"This inn and room are nicely remodeled. But the beds were very disappointing. Having experienced many hotels and ABNBs - the beds in this room 102 were the least comfortable compared to any I've ever slept in. Both mattresses in the room were wore down where you can feel the wire frames! I requested a mattress replacement since I have chronic back and neck issues. Front desk mentioned "there are none and housekeeping has no time. I will ask my manager to see if there are any open rooms to switch you to." Never got a call back either way, which made me think my complaint wasn't important to them. Perhaps there were no other rooms, but the non responsive customer service made the experience here even more disappointing. If beds are important to you, don't reserve at this Inn."
