Hi Jess,We do apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. After going into your room after you left we saw that it was set on “auto” instead of “on.” We apologize our night staff didn’t go in to fix the issue at hand. They are trained to give another room if there is a major issue because we no longer have any maintenance staff on hand. Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion and if we have a chance we would like to make it up to you.
