Breakfast area is poorly laid out. It would not take a genius to reconfigure the layout in a more efficient manner. The table cloths need to be discarded in favour of something white !!

Hotel was very nice. Rooms a bit tight. Bed and pillows a little hard. Very clean, great service and conveniently located. It was great to have a cafeteria open all the time.

Stay in Torrelavega, Spain
Hotel is good, clean and rooms are comfortable. It is also very well located. Staff is good and make you feel welcome. Across the street from a big store (Carrefour chain), which is supplied with everything. I would certainly return to the place.

Nothing especially. Rated as a 4 star but is more a 3 star Hotel. My room had 3 glass panel cracked to the bedroom door and one at the bathroom door. Painting is needed badly.

All closed on a Sunday except for your room.
Hotel is 4 star and the photos show a swimming pool, gym and spa, so I was expecting: To use the gym the pool, and maybe the spa, and to eat in a restaurant. All of these were closed and I couldn't have used the pool without paying extra, if it was open. It was a Sunday but then the restaurant was still closed, for breakfast, on Monday morning.

Having arrived in Santander on a boat we checked into the hotel mainly because it had parking as we couldn't find a hotel in Santander that had parking. As the hotel was full, so it would be better to book ahead, we were upgraded to a much bigger and better room.

Excellent overnight night. Expensive Spa.
It was an excellent overnight stay. However, I chose it for its Spa & looked forward to using the jacuzzi area, both on arrival & in the morning. Disappointed to find that they wanted to charge me 28 Euros for each hour!!!! The cost of using this facility, which I assumed was free to residents, would have been as much as my charge for the room. Will avoid, in future because of this charge.

Ideal post ferry stop over
We stayed here after arriving on the evening ferry at Santander. Very helpful reception and an underground car park for the bike. Never had a chance to try the pool or spa. Evening meal was good and would definitely stay again.

Ugly but cheap
Stayed for 1 night as it was cheap and not far from Santander airport. It functions well but is really ugly inside. Staff were friendly although the food was pretty bad in the restaurant.

Todo genial salvo la mini nevera de la habitación no enfriaba , es más , estaba caliente y las tarjetas de la habitación fallaban dia si y dia también, el personal de cafetería , maravilloso y todo lo demas genial. También deberian habilitar alguna zona para fumadores , pero en general muy bien

Hotel un po’ decentrato a livello turistico ma tutto sommato comodo. Hotel molto grande all’interno di una struttura che ha anche palestra e piscina olimpionica, da questo punto di vista se si vuole fare sport ottima scelta
