IT'S A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I was dropped off in the muddle of a dangerous neighborhood at 10pm. They wouldn't open the door. A guy from the other side of the door said they were never there. I WANT THIS HOSTEL REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL!!!

Great choice for the price
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s an old airy building, but very comfortable with several spaces to relax, both indoor and outdoor. The shared kitchen is well stocked and they are committed to recycling and composting. Hot water 24hrs a day and cereal, toast, fruit and biscuits provided for a self service breakfast. Quiet location, but an easy walk to the centre of town.

Basic room with good location
It's my second time at the hostel. They have nice basic room with access to kitchen. A breakfast is also included. Location is good.

A cozy stay
Lovely hostel with free breakfast, cereal, toast, tea and coffee too. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the Wifi is not great away from reception

We had a dubble room without bath. Nice hostel and good breakfast with plenty of ceareals.

Rustic hostel within walking distance of centre
Efficient check in and friendly staff, tasty jam at breakfast, but found a bed bug on one of the beds in a triple room, so will not be staying there again.

Hello Irene, We are sorry about the bedbug, the place gets desinfected at least once a month but sometimes people travel with them so we have to desinfect it again. To keep the place clean is one of our priorities. Bests

Eco friendly and people friendly
Very nice hostel with clean rooms and cleans sheets everyday. Good kitchen with a nice breakfast including wholemeal bread, various jams and coffee etc. Big enough to hold enough people to keep things interesting but small enough to not be too crowded. Esp. helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. A few blocks away from the cafes, great sushi restaurant around the corner.

This was the first time I had to wash my dishes after breakfast. I hoped that other guests were deligent about washing with soap and hot water. There needed to be a larger raised drying rack with a drip pan to hold the many dishes and ensure they stayed clean and uncontaminated from the counter. Rooms can be hot. We were glad to be given a fan after the first night. There is potential for lots of noise from the 2 courtyards, if people stay up late.

Rooms without a view.....
Staff is very friendly. Kitchen is well equiped, event wineglasses! Breakfast is ok, you only have to add fruits and salty cold cuts, if you like this. There are only two rooms with private bathroom and several rooms have no window! Room No.1 ist for 6p. It has a window but no grating, so that everyone can jump in from the road

A backpacker hostel. Very friendly helpfu staff. Floorboards creak and it could enlist if the hostel were full. Fine while I was there.

Exactly what we needed
Fantastic. We are a couple of Australian backpackers. Santiago was our first stop. Couldn't have asked for a better first up experience. Staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable in relation to Chilean culture. Good diversity of travellers. Chilean BBQ almost tops an Aussie one, Adios.

More than a backpackers
This is a hostel not a hotel- but it's better than a backpackers. Friendly , helpful staff, spacious double room, good location and excellent breakfast. We were older than most guests but never for a minute felt patronsied because of that! Instead we got good advice for outings and an easily arranged trip to Valparaiso. Go for it.

4/26(木)に1泊しました。 イースター島 → チリ・サンチアゴ空港へのフライトがダダ遅れで (正確にはチョイ遅れ程度で到着したが、他のフライト予定の遅延の煽りでボーディングブリッジが開かずに通路待機) 日付を跨ぎそうだったので、さすがにマズいと思い、直接宿泊先に電話。 中学校教科書、ニューホライズン程度の片言英会話で四苦八苦しながらも 状況を伝え、それに合わせて頂き かつ理解して貰えて非常に助かりました。 翌朝、朝食時に色々な方とお話する機会があり 大変有意義な一泊となりました。

Simplesmente Arrasouuuuuu.... voltarei com certeza
Eco Hostel possui camas confortáveis, muitas cobertas, limpeza todos os dias, uma ducha maravilhosa, uma galera que trabalha (recepção, limpeza, etc.) simpáticos, solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. Fica por volta de 15 min do Centro de Santiago.

Limpieza general deficiente y mucho ruido en la habitación ya que es suelo cruje cuando la gente camina. Atención del personal lo mejor.

Hotel não recomendado. Lugar mal cuidado.
Paredes podres, camas com mal cheiro e roupa de cama visivelmente mal lavadas. Banheiros velhos e sem manutenção. Não tomamos o café da manhã por medo da falta de higiene.

Hostel correct
Hostel sensible aux questions environnementales et de développement durable mais dont le bâtiment nécessiterait un rafraichissement, chambres spacieuses et confortables mais pas de chauffage l'hiver, parties communes peu chaleureuses, personnel disponible et agréable, bon petit-déjeuner complet.

O hostel fica bem localizado, os funcionários são atenciosos. Contudo, o acesso ao primeiro andar é ruim e difícil para quem dificuldades de locomoção. O número de banheiros é insuficiente para o número de hóspedes.

Mucho ruido !!!
Mucho ruido hasta tiene a las tres de la mañana. Parada(interrupción) después de dos intervenciones de mi parte cerca del guardián que mismo no hacía ninguna atención y hablaba sin atención ninguno.

bueno , pero .....................................
me pareció bien , para ese tipo de establecimiento , porque se siente cierto ambiente familiar . El personal del hotel - staff - es muy agradable y educado . Deben , eso si , mejorar algunas camas y algunos baños que están manchadas y deteriorados .
