We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility.

We are sorry that you had that impression of us, although that check in is at 15:00, we try as much as possible to deliver the rooms as soon as we have them ready, but there are days when our housekeeping team has a lot of work and they do their best so that we can fulfill our promise.
I have never felt this way in any other hotel. I felt DISCRIMINATED to the point I had to take my partner to the hospital because of health issues after an incident in this hotel. Everything was good until the last minute. The person working in the first floor by the door mistreated and even slammed my boyfriend’s car rental because someone from the Government was in the building. All this is while I’m trying to put the bags in the trunk. When we requested to speak to a manager the manager said that he acted like that because he didn’t know we were one of the hotel customer and that he can’t do anything. We were mistreated and trust me I have never felt like this before. Discrimination, frustration, and lack of empathy should be the name of this hotel. Not getting into I found a bug in the room, but due to the fact it is an old hotel I was not going to get into that. I would recognize that Make Make restaurant staff was very nice. Stay far away from this hotel. You will thank me later

Air conditioner did not work. Maintenance came three times and couldn't fix it. Found out another couple had the same problem. No compensation given. Happy hour advertised on the weekend but is only Monday to Friday. Good location.

I got a terrible room at check in. I asked for an upgrade and they initially said none available. When I saw the room, I decided to leave the hotel. Then, surprisingly, a better room was available. Terrible bed, old towels, no amenities or toiletries.

Perfect customer service checking in and out, only negative were other guests who were so late checking out from New Year's the night before, so we had to wait so long to checkin

Area is not great and my wife’s necklace was ripped off her neck a few hundred metres from the hotel.
Air conditioning didn’t really work and towels were very worn.

We are sorry to hear about what happened to your wife. We are making great efforts together with the authorities to improve security throughout downtown Santiago, with very good results.
The location was central. But the room was very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. There were hair in the bathtub and garbage in the bathroom sink. The hallway carpets were duper dirty. Old furniture inside the rooms and in the common area. The swimming pool water was very cloudy. Not sure if was clean enough to go in.
Well, in general Chile closes thing pretty early so food was limited. We paid for the breakfast but most tours started before they served it. Most places start serving at 6 am but not them… so we paid 17x2 for 3 days for a breakfast that only had an apple a dried sandwich and warm yogurt. Not really worth it to be honest and if I could I could for my breakfast fees back!
The conditions were old and the bathroom was kinda dirty… there was a lot of build up in the tub and washing are —which was kinda icky. The towels were so old that they felt thin and scratchy. The pool was dirty it was dark green, and the restaurant didn’t have much food varieties—but at least it was open late. The staff was helpful and spoke English.
A great place to stay in Santiago. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Outdated Property but I expected much worse considering what I paid. Perfect to explore down town area. Staff Is very nice. Girls at the front desk (I think Joseline and Pauline) awesome.
All of the staff were extremely professional and friendly at the same time.
The hotel was very functional in a good location. That served my needs perfectly.

Good location, friendly staff, we especially got a lot of information and good recommendations from Alejandro one of the bell boy staff, solid bar and restaurant, nice outdoor pool/lounge area
