Great hotel, albeit pricey, near the airport

Location: Near the airport and absolutely nothing else
We stayed here one night due to an overnight layover in Santiago. I was a bit concerned after reading other people's critical reviews, but was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful of a stay it was! Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. In fact, they were much more modern than the Hilton Garden Inn's I've stayed at in the USA. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice and spacious (no tub in our room). Hotel staff was SO pleasant and spoke great English (which was good, because my Spanish is iffy at its best). Free 24-hr airport transportation from and to the airport was seamless, fast, and on time - even for our 4am departure. We shared an appetizer in the hotel restaurant between my DH and our 2 kids, and it was DELICIOUS, large, and fairly priced. I wish it didn't have to cost so much to stay here, but it was probably worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an overnight layover. If you want to see the city, however, it may not be your best option - it is super far away from anything, and in the middle of an industrial park - no restaurants, no convenience stores, nothing.

Nice hotel and convenient location

Pros: Staff and facilities
Location: I used to go to Maipu, instead of staying in Santiago. It was great since traffic was very easy, took only 20 min to get there.
Very friendly staff, easy check in, great hot breakfast, very nice, clean, modern and comfortable room.

free airport shuttle, excellent staff and services

Staff is amazingly helpful and informative. Nice breakfast. Free airport shuttle to and from hotel. Provided laundry service as well as drying and washing machine, which we needed the most using Santiago as a stopover point. quite a disctance away from city centre thou (20-30 minutes drive.

excellent staff and free airport shuttle

Excellent staff! Particularly Veronica, who received us at reception, and has been extremely patient, helpful and friendly! Nice breakfast. Quiet and spacious room with nice beds, plus free airport shuttles which takes only 10 minutes drive. Quite a distance from city centre (30-45 minutes drive) but the overall package was exactly what we needed because we used Santiago only for a stopover point for connection flights. This hotel provided us every aspect we expected and needed.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

Pros: Clean, good service, and decent price.
Very happy with accomodations for a early flight to states the next morning. Free shuttle to and from airport. Good restaurant on site. No access to any pedestrian activities (shops, restaurants etc.). Great for a quick turnaround.

Location: The hotel is located far away from any restaurant (other than their restaurant) and no place to do any shopping. Very remote industrial location.
Our first visit to Santiago, Chile. We were looking for suggestions on things to do and see. The employees at the front desk were VERY helpful in looking at options and giving locations of those options. One also went above and beyond and made some phone calls for us to see about scheduling a private tour with an English speaking driver. Pool & hot tub was nice! Onsite washer & dryer came in handy too!

The clerk at late night check-in was not very pleasant or helpful. Daytime staff was better. The room was okay.

Only one night

I did a late check-in and was easy, but the person in the front desk say a wrong information about the breakfast them next day I miss the breakfast. And later in my check out, the person in the front desk make me pay for my reservation but I talked my reservation is pay already, but obviously she doesn't believe me. After a while I found my reservation online and she had to return the money to my credit card. So please be aware you need to have all your information, just in case and check twice for the schedule for breakfast...

Great For a quick nights Rest for the airport

The hotel might be great for you if; you have lots of money, you need a bed to stay in then will leave or your business is footing the bill. Breakfast is $20 usd per person, which in South America is the cost of a nice meal, not breakfast. The hotel is also in an industrial area so no options for local eats. Our app based car pickup service driver was angry when he saw we were not close to the airport nor the city. The hotel itself is great though, nice, modern, great friendly staff and a pool. The airport pickup is nice, it's run by a third party Company, then the ride to the airport is from the airport van.

Location: An older building and noise of aircraft is very discernable.
If you were expecting a hotel of the quality of the Copenhagen Airport Hotel you will be sadly disappointed. This Hilton is tired and minimalistic. For example they provide two tea bags, four sugars and some white powder that may have been some form of milk. No coffee! Our room was on the top floor where a roof top compressor made it impossible to sleep until we moved to another room. After being badly jet lagged and finally getting to sleep I was woken a 11 pm by a phone call from the front desk asking me how I wanted to settle my bill. That was inexcusable. This is a very basic hotel and a disgrace to the Hilton brand. The staff however were good and very obliging.
