Check-in was a mess.

Location: near airport
I had 2 reservations - one before flight to Easter Island and one after. After confirming my reservations with Expedia, hotel denied that both reservations existed on several occasions. It was a nightmare getting the reservations sorted out and a waste of valuable time and energy. I would not book with this hotel again. for this reason alone. As far as the hotel is concerned, older, dated, breakfast okay only. Acceptable for an overnight stay near the airport, but nothing more.

Close to airport and a cheaper price

Pros: Price and location.
Cons: The hotel was basically kind of older and rundown but clean and comfortable enough.
Location: Nothing to do close by,. Took a $25 taxi ride into Santiago city to eat. I liked that the taxi prices are set (no meters) based on the area of town.
Your basic close to the airport hotel. Use TRANSVIP shuttle (free if you are staying at this hotel). Got a voucher, got in a van, and we drove about ten minutes from airport to hotel. It's not the best hotel, kind of "old" but clean enough. No noise from the airport. Food was okay (free breakfast buffet). Good enough if you are just passing through for a night as we were. They arranged for a taxi into town for dinner for a fixed rate. Had to call the hotel to get the same taxi back, so we called about 20 minutes before departure from the restaurant and the same guy came back. Could we have grabbed any taxi? Probably, but at least we knew the guy now and the price was fixed. Not sure if that was a good price or not, but I hate haggling or not having a meter to know how much it would be.

Close to airport, efficient shuttle

We used the hotel when we arrived late on Friday and had an early flight the following day. Rooms were simple and clean, breakfast adequate.Shuttle ran on time.

Ideal stopover accommodation

Pros: Ease of access to airport
We arrived late at night and accessed the free shuttle from the Trans vip desk inside the terminal. Arrived just in time before they closed the at 11:30pm. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. Hotel has its own shuttle to airport every 30 mins.

Cons: Collection from airport as well as shuttle to airport
Location: Within short drive of airport but no shopping facilities or other activities close by
Good facilities and clean spacious rooms. Shuttle service to airport very helpful but would have been good to be able to have a shuttle from the airport as well.

Perfect for what we wanted, close the the hotel with easy pick up and drop off, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Comfortable, clean room and breakfast from 4am which was really good news for us as we were on an early flight.

The only good part was proximity to airport

Our experience with the staff, from the time we arrived was not great. The front desk seemed aloof, even dismissive. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and we both ordered the chicken breast dinner. Both orders had chicken that was lightly fried, and raw inside. We sent them back, and the waiter took our plates without comment, brought them back a couple minutes later and they were still uncooked. No apology, no reduction of the bill (which was high compared to other restaurants we ate at in Santiago) We did appreciate the on-time wake up call, and the free shuttle to the airport, though the driver careened around corners and drove like a car thief.

When we were checking in I was told TWO credit cards I offered to settle the bill were declined. After a lot of messing about I paid with my Debit card, I have stayed at this Hotel before same credit card paid no problems, I have used this card all over the world no problems, I think it is the credit card clearing bank they use, the desk clerks seemed to know this would happen.

Good hotel, close to Santiago airport

Pros: I had a flight early in the morning, so the location and transportation were very convenient
Cons: Clean the carpets
Location: Just went to spend the night to be close to the airport
The hotel was very good, the carpet in the room was not very clean. Breakfast was included and very good
