I think the reception is priority in a hotel environment, smiling ,been gentle and friendly is essential, that I didn’t feel, everything else was perfect except for that, anyway I’ll recommend the hotel, I hope the management will address that , again reception is the face of the hotel

비타쿠라에 위치한 강추 호텔
칠레에서 코로나 시국에 출국 전 지냈던 호텔입니다. 체크아웃 이후에 공항에서 시간 보내기도 걱정되는데 호텔에서 무려 오후 6시까지 그냥 방을 쓰게 해줬습니다. 위치도 산티아고 부촌 비타쿠라지역이라 주변에 맛집도 많고 산책하기도 좋아요. 조용하고 쾌적하게 지내기에 좋습니다. 시내 힐튼에서도 지내봤지만 가성비 뿐 아니라 여러모로 강력히 추천합니다.
