We had a pleasant stay in spite of the remodeling. The next day we explained that our flight home would be later in the day, we asked if we could leave suitcases there, they agreed. We returned from lunch and shopping, we sat in the lobby. Soon a staff member started circling around us; he finally asked us what or why we're we sitting in the lobby-we explained and left soon after, that is what he Wanted, for us to leave. We've travelled abroad numerous times, isn't it standard to sit and make time in the lobby? We had made use of their dinning facilities and bar.

Hotel with no bar

There are renovations going on at the moment so the hotel has no bar. Would have stayed elsewhere if I had known.

Outdated, overpriced, horrible service hotel

Location is average and cost to value is high, road noise is high.

Well located

Try to stay in the new building, good room and bathroom, the room shoud be with more lights, but is comfortable. The amenities is too much poor and forget the restaurant even the room service, the quality of food cannot be worst.

fabulous hotel

In upscale area. 5 minute walk to newest mall in tallest building in South America. Nearby parks and restaurants. Safe to walk at night. Ten minute can ride to museums. Outstanding staff.

Really old

Pros: The staff. Really nice.
For an InterContinental, it was such a disappointing experience... The main problem is the they did not renew anything for ages. Old rooms, old installations, bathroom/bath/shower sucks, AC wouln't work... Many better options in Santiago for this price.
