Hotel super bem localizado, dá para fazer tudo a pé ou de metrô ( a estação Santa Lucía fica bem ao lado), o café da manhã é mto bom e o atendimento da recepção é ótimo. À melhorar pontuo o chuveiro que nao esquenta mto e a pressão da água é mto ruim. Tirando isso valeu super a pena, e pela localização e valor das diárias, eu voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Mediocre stay

The hotel had a minibar, they charged me for Pringles that they hadn't stocked in the minibar. Had one meal at the restaurant slow service, mediocre food. Room was showing its age water stains on ceiling, washbasin bowl was cracked, shower stall had patches of corrosion on the metal framing.

Hotel is in the very center of the city, close to major attractions. Reception staff speak fluent English and are very helpful. The lobby and restaurant are new and modern, however rooms are in need of renovation.

I would not stay here on a Sunday night

My rating is for a Sunday night only. Service standards for a 4 star hotel in the capital of Chile were a disgrace. On a sunday, the pool bar is closed, along with the main bar, there is a restricted menu in the restaurant and after being given the wine menu at dinner were told that there was only 3 available on the list, all reds. We asked for a drink from the bar instead and were told, there was no bar staff on duty, we asked for a beer and were told there was only two bottled types available, their was only three starters on the menu,we eventually paid 21000 pesos for two salads, 2x 330ml waters and a beer, just not what you would expect. The waiter was very embarrassed but very professional. Our room had a lot of dust in various places. The problem seems to be a general lack of senior professional management. The problems in the restaurant were not the young waiters fault but a serious management at the highest level failure. I would not stay here on a sunday night it is very bad value for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel en face du Cerro Santa Lucia où l'on peut visiter à pied tous les sites importants de la ville. Hotel bien rénové, mais les tapis et les coulis de tuile seraient à refaire, pour le reste tout est excellent: acceuil plaisant et personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner complet avec oeuf, bacon, toast, café, céréales et fruits, le tout inclus dans le prix. Pour aller à l'aéroport, demandez au concierge un taxi et vous ne vous ferez pas jouer sur le prix.
