Excellent hotel in a good location, beds are very comfortable had the best night sleep in ages. Wish we had more than the 1 night here! Also was walkable to restaurants, would stay at this hotel again

Would have rated this hotel 5 Stars except for 2 problems. Everything was good the first 4 days, then downhill fast. Problem #1, AC stopped working and it was hot and very dry. I had to go to work with my distributor. My Wife went and reported it, they did NOTHING. When I came back I went and complained strongly, took them an hour and a half to get another room ready for us ??? Problem #2, AC in new room ok but the Toilet was not fixed to the floor properly and rocked and rolled as if in an earthquake. Again I was out and my Wife Complanied, Nothing done. I went and asked for the hotel manager,he apologized and said it would be taken care of. Maintenance went to the room and played around for awhile, basically the toilet problem remained thge Same ! Good hotel with maintenance issues. Would I stay here Yes, but, I would check out Immediately if things are not right and I would demand a refund and go someplace else.

Thiscis not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3. The positive part of our stay was they were able to provide us with early check in to a room, but we cannit confirm is was the category we had paid for, since no receipt was ever provided, but after an overnight flight we took whar was given. Small sofa in room was stained, the faux leather headboard was peeling everywhere, there is a nespresso in the room, but you are provided with 3 free pods per stay. There are times that there are no English speaking staff on shift to answer questions.

Air conditioning temperamental - poor staff support for resolution. Bed soooo high in the air - don’t fall out! Breakfast was good. The didn’t have available shuttle to pick me up from airport- and if they DO it’s $40 one way.

Reception staff on arrival were excellent. I wish I had taken the young ladies name to give her a recommendation. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms need a bit of a lift but other than that , good friendly staff everywhere. Great location . Good three night stay. 👍😁

NH Collection hotels are supposed to be one of the premium category hotels in the NH group and unfortunately this one does not live up to the expectations. The hotel is dated and needs up keeping. The top sheet on the bed was torn, one of the headboards had nicks of material missing, the bathroom had visible mildew and the sink drain did not run properly. That said it sits in a great location, with a mall, restaurants and public transportation at hand. The breakfast was very good, covering plenty of options and staff was friendly and very accommodating.

This is beautiful hotel with great friendly staff. It’s very clean, the breakfast was delicious! The staff goes out of their way to provide you with important information about the area. I highly recommend it!

Best 5 star hotel chain in all of South America
I have been in hotels in different countries all over South America and I will say without a doubt this is the best hotel chain in all of South America hands down. Best service, best equipped, one of the best hotels for breakfast. It has and always will be my first choice for high end hotel accommodations.

Nice clean room, quiet. It cost me $32 for 2 breakfasts that I could have gotten for $14 total in advance. I don't understand that. They were nice about scheduling an airport shuttle but called me at 630am to tell me my car had arrived when I booked it for 630pm

Junior suite rooms need an upgrade. I requested change of room due to cigarette smell. The other room air conditioning was not working and it has a full blow of air which was cold and was not able to sleep, I requested extra blanket which was not good quality. Only positive I can say for certain is their personnel, everyone was excellent, felt welcome. Please fix air conditioning, it is quite old. Thanks

Room clean and staff amazing but bar and restaurant and terrace all closed. Water for shower was cold and had to call reception to ask to connect the hot water. Breakfast bread options are limites and not fresh. Expensive taxi service to airport, had to requests it externally.
