Nice stay, close to the metro.Posted Jan 11, 2016 on Hotels
We had a nice stay. The rooms were nice. But the staff at the counter could be better at providing service and being moore friendly.

Providencia alternative to traditional hotelsPosted Apr 8, 2013
Pros: Convenient location near shopping and the subway station
Cons: A bit cramped for three people, would be fine for two.
Location: In the Providencia neighborhood of Santiago de Chile
These apartments are located near the Manuel Montt subway station and that makes it easy to get to areas outside of the Providencia district. We stayed for three nights and visited some of the museums and cultural sites in central Santiago. Our host Neli was gracious and helpful and made up for our meager Spanish skills by recommending things to do and arranging a transfer to the airport. The apartment has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and a set of pots, dishes and utensils. Guests also have access to a coin-operated laundry on the second floor and a rooftop balcony complete with barbecue grills and a swimming pool. Although Providencia is generally a safe area, security for the apartment building is excellent with a 24/7 front desk attendant at the elevator entrance. After staying for several days, I think the apartments are a great alternative to the traditional hotels.
comfortable, convenient stayPosted Nov 11, 2012 on Hotels
The hotel staff were very helpful. Organised airport pickup, were very friendly and helpful when I arrived after a 2day flight. Room is spacious, there was a basket of goodies to eat, all utensils and utilities needed in the kitchen. A sliding door to seperate living area and bedroom. Very comfortable bed, quite new matress too. Cable TV with many channels in multiple languages. Good location. About 1km walk to hop on hop off bus tour. Plenty of local transport on same street. Small supermarket on same block (1min walk). Plenty of good surrounding restaurants with plenty of choices. Laundry facilities to use for decent price (much cheaper than laundry service fees). I don't speak any Spanish and managed fine. Good aircon. Spacious clean bathroom. Clean apartment. I am quite fussy, and very satisfied with this accomodation. Hope you are able to have a great experience too.

Discret charmPosted Feb 23, 2012
Small suite apartment with tidy full kitchen in a residential building where commercial signage isn't allowed. The full time doorman guided me to the 6th floor office for registration. My 17th floor apt. was tastefully decorated in a "classical" modern look with floor to cieling window walls in both rooms, a shallow full width balcony with views of the Andes beyond. Sporting a walkin closet the size of the bathroom is a unique feature. Traffic noise is on the loud side if you prefer to sleep with the window open instead of AC. WiFi included.
