Surprised and amazed. This is a great location with easy (for Santiago) travel access. Clean and super friendly staff. I’d stay their again. Only downfall was no outdoor pool. Restaurant was great and the breakfast very nice. Could go out in the evening with out excess concerns on safety.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We had visited the Patagonia area prior to arriving in Santiago, and had stayed at three different hotels during our travels. We always choose 4 or 5 star hotels when we travel. Regal Pacific was by far our favorite of the three. The room (superior King) was spacious and well appointed, the shower and bath very nice, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered many options. Bravo!

This property is outdated not like they advertised on top of this I choose this property because they advertised gym, spa, pool etc when arrived result they where under renovation not in use. So I had to move to another real hotel. Fortunately Expedia step in and resolved the situation because hotel management was very rude no apologized no customers oriented only bad business oriented. Never come back to this building because hotel is not.

What a pleasure arriving here after an overnight flight. Fortunately our room was ready early so we took a nap before wandering around. Large room, very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathroom. Everyone in reception is welcoming, there are many restaurant options nearby, but dont miss breakfast! There is a giant spread with fabulous offerings, lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, bacon and eggs, and even fresh honey. The windows open so you can get a fresh breeze.

this hotel is made and operated to provide ultimate comfort for the travellers; clean and very large room (i was upgraded), clean sheets and towels, good products in the bathroom including excellent bathropes, more than enough varieties for breakfast, great hotel restaurant with exquisite dishes (and many other good options) in the neighborhood. it is close to the subway, there are many shops and a mall walking distance. Most importantly, the staff is so understanding and helpful in so many ways. They all speak very good (some perfect) English and they are first class hospitality workers.

The location, view from the room and size of the room were excellent. The quality, variety of food at breakfast were appreciable. The staff at the reception and at concierge were friendly, very helpful and cheerful. Our flight eas at 8:00 pm and they allowed us to stay in the room until 4:0o pm. Overall great service which we have not received for a while during our travels to Europe and Asia.

The rooms are quite large and have a sofa/couch, large tv, decent size bathroom with a nice shower. Some rooms come with buffet breakfast (or you could buy) and found it to be a great deal. Some of the features: 8 types of cut up fresh fruits, cereals, 6 to 8 breakfast type rolls, a large variety of fresh pastries, cookies, cake, scramble eggs, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses, coffee making machines offering 6 to 8 types of coffee. It’s a great breakfast. And the staff at the front desk and the front door were professional and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, with 3 to 4 nice restaurants within a 10 minutes or less walk. I’d stay here again.

The front staff were seriously amazing. After a tour/transfer we had booked with a tour company was cancelled, the staff took the time to help us. Philippe was so great at getting a transfer arranged. Every person that worked at the reception area were extremely helpful. Would stay here again. Clean space, great staff, nice location next to the subway - what more could you want.

I like the location Did not get VIP service, neither upgreted room, people in front desk doesn't have patience and not smiles, we couldn't control AC, it has to be control by front desk, very inconvenience. I would go back to Santiago but a different hotel

Excellent location and the staff could not have been more helpful. They helped us with everything from setting up transportation from the airport to getting from Santiago to our cruise city of Valparaisso. They also helped us set up our covid tests which was just such a stress relief. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
