Nice apartment in the heart of downtown

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Location and kitchen, combined with the supermarket next door. 3min walk to a very central metro station (Bellas Artes).
Cons: Better information on airport shuttle
Location: Museums, sights, shopping
Very convenient location close to Santiago sights, museums and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen and supermarket next door, several nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 24/7 reception operated out of an apartment, making it a little harder to access than that of a regular hotel.

Very comfortable stay.

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent value.
Location: Centrally located in Santiago, supermarket nearby and many pubs and restaurants open late nearby.
The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Functional kitchen and bathroom, excellent Wifi and Air Conditioning. Nothing to complain about the room we stayed for 3 nights. Supermarket nearby and walking distance to everything in central Santiago. There is room cleaning service daily, we are very happy about that.

Very cheap but poor bed

Posted Feb 8, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Worst bed - creaky and slopey - apartment 1513
Apartment in need of redecorating and additional items in the kitchen eg soap and tea towels. Couldn't access the gym and difficult to understand check in, how to find facilities in the block etc - could benefit from instruction cards Good location and cheap.

Good VAlue if you can leave with some noise

Posted Mar 20, 2011
All in all, a decent hotel experience, and a reasonable value. Note that these really are actual apartments. The check-in clerk said that 60% of units are leased apartments vs. "hotel rooms", and it seemed perhaps higher. This means that there is no hotel feel, and no check-in counter (this took place in an 8th floor apt.). There is, however, room cleanup service all days but Sunday. On the plus side, this setup gives you the experience to feel like a resident of this city. There is decent/free Wifi, and the room styling is modern (albeit with an occasional gouge or scrape in the drywall). The location is also pretty central, with most tourist attractions within comfortable walking distance. On the minus side, IT IS LOUD, particularly on a Saturday night. My room faced the interior courtyard, giving it the feel of a college dorm tower. If you're sensitive to late night noise, bring earplugs, or request an outside facing room. If you're really sensitive, stay elsewhere. Strangely, there was shower gel, but no bar of soap to wash one's hands and face.

Great stay!

Excellent, centrally located apartments with all mod-cons to make a great stay. With a Supermarket next door and easy access to get around Santiago and local area. Staff were very helpful.
