Good VAlue if you can leave with some noise

All in all, a decent hotel experience, and a reasonable value. Note that these really are actual apartments. The check-in clerk said that 60% of units are leased apartments vs. "hotel rooms", and it seemed perhaps higher. This means that there is no hotel feel, and no check-in counter (this took place in an 8th floor apt.). There is, however, room cleanup service all days but Sunday.
On the plus side, this setup gives you the experience to feel like a resident of this city. There is decent/free Wifi, and the room styling is modern (albeit with an occasional gouge or scrape in the drywall). The location is also pretty central, with most tourist attractions within comfortable walking distance.
On the minus side, IT IS LOUD, particularly on a Saturday night. My room faced the interior courtyard, giving it the feel of a college dorm tower. If you're sensitive to late night noise, bring earplugs, or request an outside facing room. If you're really sensitive, stay elsewhere. Strangely, there was shower gel, but no bar of soap to wash one's hands and face.
