It's the Personal Touches that Make the DifferencePosted Feb 23, 2016
Location: The Aubrey is located in the heart of the city. Many restaurants and bars are located within walking distance, as is the Museum of Fine Arts.
The Aubrey Hotel is a beautifully renovated 12-room boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago. Each room is individually decorated with local art, original characteristics and top-of-the-line modern amenities. Some rooms have delightful, private balconies; some have Jacuzzis on the balcony. All have air,a rain shower and a comfortable bed. A refreshing roof-top pool can be enjoyed during Chile's summer months. There is an attention to detail throughout the hotel, overseen by Mark, the charming owner and designer of the Aubrey. I found the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay memorable. A large breakfast is available to guests as part of the stay and afternoon tea is served all afternoon. The delightful Piano Bar serves tapas style dishes, along with a large selection of excellent Chilean wines. The Aubrey far exceeded my expectations and I do think it was the staff's attention and caring that impressed me the most, from Mark, the owner to the housekeeping and grounds staff. Not only is the Aubrey beautiful but the people who work there are as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, old or young, travelling to Santiago.

Great hotel to enjoy the splendid Santiago .Posted Feb 22, 2016
Pros: The Aubrey has the best staff of any hotel in the world we have stayed at. They were knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, and fun!
Cons: The hotel itself is perfect (nice rooms, pool, piano lounge) but the late night discos near by might put off some guests.
Location: Bellevvista is filled with small tasty restaurants, and near Pablo Neruda's Santiago home. Next to the park with funicular to expansive view of city
WE spent 4 days in Santiago, way too brief, but made the most of it thanks to the staff at the Aubrey.

Very unique historical facility and quietPosted Feb 18, 2016
Pros: Location and the building
Cons: More lights in the bedroom
Location: Close to lots of restaurants and walking trails.
We only stayed here one night but I could see staying much longer next time. Great staff and a very interesting hotel with close access to a ton of restaurants. The staff were all warm and gracious and really made our stay special.

Boutique hotelPosted Jan 28, 2016
Pros: Beautiful building
Location: very walkable area but more grungy and run down than I expected.
A beautiful old house renovated and made into a wonderful hotel. It is in a trendy up and coming area. However, I found the area to be more grungy than I liked.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the action!Posted Jan 19, 2016
Pros: _Location _Decoration _Staff _Breakfast
Location: Close to all the action, in the greatest place the city has.
Excellent boutique hotel, close to everything you would like to do, in Santiago. The Staff is top notch, one of the best hotel staff I have seen. The breakfast/staff, are the best, every morning we were greeted with high energy and enthusiasm.

Hotel ExcelentePosted Nov 4, 2015 on Hotels
O Staff do hotel é super educado e solícito! A localização é excelente pois dá para fazer vários passeios a pé e fica perto de um ponto do bus turistik e é ao lado do zoológico e pertíssimo da casa de Pablo Neruda.

DecepcionadoPosted Oct 27, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel no está a la altura de lo que cobra. Habitaciones regulares. Cama de mala calidad. Desayuno pobre. Hay que destacar que la atención y la gente es sobresaliente.
