The hotel is great. The only criticism that the towels of all sorts are very old and some them were worn out and not clean.

Rooftop terrace with lovely views. Hotel restaurant staff very attentive and food delicious

Seems to be an old property that was renovated. We had a so called upgrade of ‘classic’ rom but it was very small still. The shower door in our room required some serious muscle to close and was very cramped for even someone like me who is on the lean end of body type spectrum. I found couple of front desk girls to be little too snobbish with their attitude and they should not work for any serious and respectable hotel company where customer service should be a priority. The guy who helped us with our luggage into the hotel was very professional however.

The staff and service were excellent and super helpful. Hotel was in a great location. The only issues we had with hotel were that our room was quite dark even with blinds open and lights on

I am sorry that the room did not meet your expectations. The Standard and Classic Rooms have 18m2 and 20m2 They are our smallest, but comfortable, rooms in the hotel however faced the rear or the side of the Hotel. For a future stay our reception team is more than happy to show you the alternative room types that the hotel has to offer. Top notch staff who were friendly, beyond helpful, and very professional. Property is beautiful with the metro right around the corner. Rooms are very clean and upscale in general appearance. I really can’t say one negative thing about this hotel and can only hope they establish themselves one day in the USA. I will definitely stay here again should I return to this beautiful country! Great job!!

Good location, fairly quiet area, close to coffee shop and places to eat, walking distance to some attractions
