Do not stay here

Pros: Terrible Service, No air conditioning in Restaurant, hallways.
Cons: Train your staff to improve customer service skills, have air conditioning in hallways, elevator and restaurant!!
Location: Close to the airport but this hotel doesn't provide free service to the airport.
From the moment we arrived the front desk service was rude and disrespectful, after checking in we went to dinner and the air conditioning was broken and we were forced to eat in a very hot room! No one apologized or offered to serve us outside. Such a disappointment in service overall and I will never stay here again!

Had to move the room first night due an AC issue caused by the heavy rain previous night, overall good hotel great service.

Good value and close to the airport

Convenient to the airport. Taxi literally committed away from the hotel and a short five minute trip to the airport. Decent restaurant. Pool was a little murky. Would be nice to have a gift shop.

Its a beautiful hotel, nice renovations.

Pros: scenery
Cons: better english speaking staff and stop hidden charges
Location: not much to do nearby
The overall stay was ok except that some staff are not fluent in english and so it was a task with ordering room service. Also the hotel needs to let guest be aware of hidden policies, especially those that incur unexpected charges.

Very nice staff

Pros: Staff
Some "over use" pillows and bedroom sofa, but all little details kind of disappeared with staff service. Really willing to serve and nice sincere smiles. I will use it again

Real quality stay.

It was an 8 day stay. Good breakfast buffet and close to the local Aquirium. The rooms are ok, however water quality is poor. Hot water was a hit and miss. Good for short stay.

Great choice if you need to be near airport

If you want to stay your last night near the airport and go to airport the next morning with peace of mind, this is the right place. A basic hotel with reasonable price without sacrificing comfort. It even has a pool and the food in restaurant was very good. Very good buffet breakfast. The staff who checked us in was fluent in English.
