I didn't like it bc staff wasn't helpful. They didn't explain us their special offers properly and we paid much money for premium club.

El hotel debe de incluir oferta en todo hasta transporte incluido y sobre todo internet para estar mucho mas satisfecho porque no pude comunicarme a puerto rico porque tambien me cobraban el internet aparte y la comida excelente pero se tardan mucho en llevarla a la habitacion de lo demas excelente

Nice, but...

Pros: The staff, size of room, the price of food, mini bar items and restaurant is good. Their japanesse restaurant is great.
Cons: Not charging for internet. Almost all hotels have it for free.
Location: Location is not far from the center of Santo Domingo, but difficult to arrive because of the traffic on weekdays.
It was a nice hotel, but not as luxurious as other Barcelos. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was beautiful, The location is not so far from the expressway, but the traffic jam (almost at all times) make it difficult to arrive soon and without a nervous breakdown (because of the way dominicans drive). It is noisy outside and you can hear the traffic since 7 AM. The pool is small. The staff is friendly. The only problem is that they charged extra for an extra bed and for internet daily, but the parking is free.

Nice hotel, but unpleasant circumstances.

Pros: Beds are very comfortable, and also the pool area is very nice and have good music on weekends. The restaurant and pool bar staff are very amicable.
Cons: The room had a lot of cigarette smell, we don't smoke. The issue with my pre approved credit card, caused me a lot of discomfort.
Location: The hotel is located city center. I didn't get out of the hotel.
Nice facilities, but I had problems with the service, specifically with an error with my prepaid limit for consumption that caused me and my daughter discomfort.

It's alright

Access to hotel entrance and easy to get to; bottled water in mini bar is over priced, only one bottle free; maid service is very slow. Meals are not included but was a bit reasonable. Don't use car service from hotel.

The Best Hotel to visit

Pros: The pool, customer service, room maintanence and the roof top jacuzzi
Cons: Not allowing people from the outside to come in thru the front door
I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff customer service was excellent. In particular want to say thank you to Gilberto, his customer service dedication is amazing!!! The food and room service were on point. Loved everything about this hotel
