Unsatisfactory

Staff was very unprofessional. The room was occupied upon arrival and we were not assigned another room for a few hours. The hotel had many street cats walking around in the dining areas and under the tables. Rooms were unclean and mold in multiple areas. Bathroom showerhead was broken and air conditioner was broken and had to be fixed. Our experience was very unsatisfactory,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Pros: Unfortunately, the beach was the best thing at this hotel.

My wife and I went to this hotel because we wanted to relax and be close to Las Americas airport. We were staying in Santiago and we had to fly to Orlando Florida on May 30th, since the flight was so early in the morning we decided to make a reservation at this hotel to avoid all the traveling from Santiago to Boca Chica on the same day of our flight. Honestly, if it wasn't because we were so close to the airport we would not have stayed here. This hotel is horrible, it is not clean and the food was really bad too. Even the restaurants were horrible except for Mylos restaurant. We made reservations at the Italian, Mexican, and Brazilian restaurant. The buffet was really disgusting too, with flies all over the food and people were lining up at 6:00pm for dinner like they had not eaten in months. We would have been extremely miserable for the 7 nights we were spending here if it wasn't for the access to the VIP lounge that was included with our reservation. Thank God for the VIP lounge because we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was cleaner and the food was so much better. The beach was amazing, but the hotel really sucks. We are not coming back and would not recommend it to anyone, not even our enemies.

Added fees for towels and safe lock.

Room smelled like wet towels. Sheets and bed both had odors. Staff was less then helpful. Food quality was subpar. Beach lounge chairs mostly broken.

Horrible!!!

This hotel sucks. The room cleanliness was bad as my sheets smelled like smoke. Additionally, the security at the hotel should be beefed up and there were many times that locals where shouting out grabbing at the tourists. Also, the wifi was extremely bad. I paid for it and service sucked.

Its not what it use to be!! Never again!

This has been by far the most unrewarding & unsatisfactory experiece. After choosing this Hotel to b one of the best in Boca Chica years ago, it pains me to say that it has become one of the worst places to vacation ever. Reasons below: 1) short staffed 2) awful rusted smelly rooms 3) Poor management 4) Same nasty food, day in day out 5) Poor customer service staff. 6) Rooms old and outdated. The only good thing that it offers is the greatness of the beach. Other than that, I give it thumbs down.

The best hotel in boca Chica.

We had a good experience and glad we picked this hotel. The staffs we're very good and friendly. We were not really able to enjoy it as much we would like to because we were sick. We were not sick due to anything there. We were already getting sick on our way there. Thank you.

Cons: everything including the food
Location: nothing nearby
the mattress in our first room was nasty and dirty with urine and blood stain, had to change room,the second room water was coming through the floor and the wall and a very bad musty smell ,had to join a vacation club to get an upgrade.

Worse hotel ever

They should close this hotel, needs tlc, the rooms are humid, when u shower there's water coming from the bathtub, the phones in the rooms aren't working, to me it was a bad experience.
